FAST Recovery Zone

Loved the benefits of the recovery zone. The red light sauna, tens and compression helped my hamstring strain. My grandma came with me for red light treatment and it helped her diabetic wound heal in just three weeks when her doctors said it would take months. Highly recommend checking them out!!

Great place the recovery center at Foothills physical therapy!! The sauna has such great benefits of recovery for anybody that is active!!
