I'm very pleased with this clinic. The doctor and the staff were friendly, courteous, and thorough with my treatment. From the receptionist to the doctor, nurse assistant and all staff members were phenomenal. Very clean and neat facilities. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic to all people!

I was stung by a wasp on my ear. My face and neck were badly swollen. I walked in the door and said what happened and before they asked my name I was in the back being checked. They were very kind and quick to make sure my throat was not closing. Once they knew I was not in acute danger they still took action quickly. I did not have my insurance card but they were kind enough to call my pharmacy to get what they needed. After treatment with steroids and Benadryl injection the swelling began to subside. Everyone in the clinic was super nice! I was out of there in an hour.

I went into fast pace today for a severely swollen and irritated throat and tonsils. This was my first visit as they were the one opened the earliest and my usual urgent care had been closed. I arrived at 7:42 and checked in with the receptionist who was super nice. There were only 2 other people waiting and were shortly called back after I arrived. Paid my copay and did paperwork, as I was doing this another guy walked in who pre registered online, I completely understood why he went ahead and the fact that he was seeing a different part of the facility. The receptionist also explained. I went back and had my throat and nose swabbed for both Covid and strep at 8:12. I sat in room 3 while people went and gone until about 10:10 when I went to ask the nurse if there was any update because I needed to get to work soon and if not I was gonna have to just leave . The nurse updated me on my labs and that the doctor would be there soon. Waited another 10 minutes and coincidentally the doctor came in and talked and examined me. She wrote a few prescriptions and we discussed return to work dates. I later went to Walmart around 2 pm to pick up my prescriptions and was told that nothing had been called in for me at all.I called the office to make sure I put the correct pharmacy down and the exact Walmart address was repeated back to me. I was then transferred to speak to someone about the scripts. The person on the phone sounded like she didn’t know what was going on and what I was supposed to receive. I was annoyed because why am I having to give a synopsis of what was supposed to be charted and why am I having to list off prescriptions I was prescribed to treat strep? I instantly began to cry because this whole day and experience has been frustrating and exhausting and made me feel ignored! I now have to wait another 2 hours for the scripts to be filled. They also scheduled a follow up which I instantly cancelled. I won’t be going back here or to any other office in the franchise.

The staff at Fast Pace are like family to me. They are so nice. Dr Rogers is so caring, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She does not rush you and she listens to your concerns. Lastly, she suggests options for your unique medical situation. I love having her as my new primary doctor

I love the option to “save my spot/appointment” through their website… it was very quick and easy to do. The wait time was very minimal which is always nice. And the care I received was top notch! I’m very thankful for the nurse practitioner that I saw… after being sick for 3 weeks she prescribed an antibiotic that finally helped me!

Great experience every time for both me and my children. Had to take my son on last night for illness that wasn't an emergency, but did not want to wait to the morning. They were very accommodating and quick.

Medical Assistant was nice but the NP on staff today was super slow for it to be called fast pace. AFTER I got off of work I had to spend 2 hours & 30 minutes in there just to get a shot. Thelma seemed nonchalant & as if she didn’t have any urgency for a black patient AT ALL. I came back because the first two visits I had were fine. I probably won’t go back again.

I had a mild allergic reaction and was able to stop by, was in and out within 30 minutes with my issues being treated quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very warm, kind, and welcoming. I’m feeling much better and it wouldn’t have been without their help!
