Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Daphne, AL

I just moved to the area, and all the staff were wonderful. I did not have to wait long and the Nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. she had to refer me to a specialty physician, and took the time to contact the physicians office herself and set up the appointment!!! great place

My first ever visit to this urgent care was yesterday (a Saturday afternoon - my "usual" urgent care isn't open on weekends) seeking treatment for sinus issues and it was not too busy. The receptionist and nurses who examined me were knowledgeable and kind and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was able to be admitted, diagnosed and issued a prescription within about 30-40 minutes from my arrival, and I am beginning to feel better. They did a great job and I'll likely be back in the future if needed!

Very pleasant visit. All personnel were helpful and nice. Only problem, I was told I have a UTI and have not hear back from my culture growth to determine if the antibiotics she prescribed was correct one. It has now been 5 days sick my visit. They said they would know by Monday the 18th.

Horrible experience. The staff didn’t know what they were doing and never solved my problem. The lady at the counter ran my insurance and told me It was good. A month later I get hit with a $150 charge that I had to pay out of pocket. I would have walked out right there if I’d known. I’ll never step foot or recommend this sleazy company. Go to ALPHA CARE just down 31 close to Publix. They never SCAMMED ME like these people.

I showed up right before close and could barely move after throwing out my back. Literally crying from the second I walked in the door.. everyone I came into contact with was so nice and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I saw Dr. Kate and she was so incredibly sweet and actually listened to everything I said which doesn’t always happen at urgent care. I will definitely be back. The whole facility was also super clean.

First time to ever go here. Pulled a muscle in my ribs. Folks were very nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Savannah the NP was thorough. Took a chest x ray to be sure nothing else was going on. Gave me script for 2 meds and some things to do to deal with pain.

I have brought my 4 year old daughter here twice and they have been wonderful! The nurse practioners here are fantastic and attentive. Highly recommend!!!

It all started on a Sunday morning and I entered FastPace to a very friendly and compassionate receptionist. I was able to check in quickly online. Within 20 minutes I was in a room with my vitals being taken. Covid and Flu tests ran and negative. Nurse practitioner came in after 30 minutes and we talked about all my symptoms. Haley was very thorough in her questions and personable. I highly recommend if you are needing a doctor for a non-emergency.
