I cannot thank the office enough for my final placement with a therapist. My first experience with this office was a bit disheartening… I felt somewhat let down by my placement and did not have the type of follow-through with exercises and education. I discontinued services and then returned a few short weeks later and asked specifically for someone who had expertise and experience in the areas I wanted to work on strengthening in my life as well as the challenges I wanted to resolve. Within a week, I had a new placement that aligned with my beliefs, teaching/ learning style, and personality. I had such an amazing journey with this therapist that I have since terminated sessions because we concurrently believed that my challenges had all been resolved and that I had exceeded my goals. I appreciated that my therapist did not push termination on me and that the termination process overall was a gradual one that took place over about a month and a half. The meetings were very flexible as I transitioned from video to phone sessions, and my final session was in person. They worked with my schedule for every appointment and gave ample notice for any schedule changes. I cannot stress enough how much I felt supported and heard in this part of my healing journey. Thank you, Family Time Centers, for your efforts and warm-hearted energy. The office has even placed family members of mine with individuals who are most aligned with them as well! I plan to return for maintenance therapy in the future, but I feel so empowered by how I left the office that I am not sure when that time will be, and I think that is something worth writing a five-star review for.

Everyone at family times center was always so kind, understanding, and inviting. I used to look forward to my sessions with Destiny, and I always left feeling so much better about any situation i was going through. If i ever need to seek out therapy again I would definitely come back to family times center.

Amazing people! Definitely a highlight of my day to be greeted by them. Always nice and kind, never fail to give you that welcome smile! Recommend to give them a chance as they do care about their job. FYI: The place is very clean and chill (snacks always available) :D

first time talking with someone and the experience has been amazing. definitely learning a lot about my self and ways to chnage my mindset. I work Online with my therapist. She has helped me so much, especially with school, by helping me with programs for laptops. Definitely recommend this place.

Tried to call right now after seeing all the great reviews and everyone was saying how kind and great this place is and I’m honestly very confused. I’m new to this and really need help with my nephew who I am caring for right now. He hasn’t ever gotten any support and he and is in dire need before it gets too late. And the person who answered the phone just automatically answered “ psychologist “ no hello god morning nothing and then and got upset when I didn’t understand how the process was, she didn’t even ask me anything. She just got mad because ALL she said you need a psychiatrist or psychologist. You need to answer me “ and I was still confused if this is even the right place cause how abruptly she answered and asking me and I’m like I woudl like to see if you accept my insurance and she’s cutting me off to say “pyschologist or psychiatrist “ I don’t even know lady that is very very unprofessional and I am very, very saddened that I cannot Even Try this place out now. & it seems that you guys are probably putting incentives for people to write reviews

I love Family Centers, my individual therapist has been helping me a lot, i love the flexibility they have in case i have an emergency they give me options to either reschedule or have my appointment in a call or videocall. They listen to every concern i can have and they always try to find solutions. Honestly i have been there for 6 months already and it’s being great. Definitely recommend this place for individual therapy!

I really liked the place and the therapist. I just felt very uncomfortable to use pronounce she/her. That should be more confidential between client and the therapist. The stuff service was excellent Lupe and Stephanie, really outstanding job.
