Been trying to communicate to get my son in to be tested and I swear they are the worst at getting back to you. If they do get back to you, they leave a voice-mail you can barely understand or hang up if you actually catch their call. Had my son's rescheduled twice already do you their lack of communication.

I've had a hard time navigating threw the system for autism but this tops the cake!!! First it took weeks to even schedule an appointment for my two children because they never answer the phones nor call you back in an adequate time frame. When they sent over documents to sign they kept sending the same ones for one kid and not the other. It took days for them fo finally send over the correct paperwork for the second child. The documents said our appointment was at 10:30 and I showed up 10 minutes early just to be told they gave away our appointment because the first child's appointment was missed which was at 8:30. Mind you, I never was told about the appointment nor received a reminder email, phone call, or text. Thank God I'm organized and input the one appointment I knew about in my phone. When the therapist came to meet me in the lobby she told me she gave our appointment we waited weeks for away because the unknown appointment was missed. She was rude, unwilling to listen and just wrote me off. She than said someone will call me after their meeting just to email me and say that won't be happening. They are disorganized and very unprofessional. For them this is a job but for us this is our children's lives the fooling around with. I've asked for a supervisor number and still haven't received it.

This center is incredible! The entire staff is helpful, friendly, patient, and punctual. All of my children's needs have been met and seeing the growth in both of them over the past few months is incredible. They treat you like family here. So blessed to have found FSC!

This center is absolutely amazing! My son has thrived so much in the time he has been here. He was once non-verbal when he first entered. He’s now singing, repeating words, telling us no, his personality is really shining through! I just Can’t thank this center enough for all they have done & will continue to do!

My son has been going her for four and half years he has serve autism with high aggression and maladaptive behaviors and high self injurious behaviors and he's definitely came along way from when he first started I dot love the staff that have been with him since he started my 3 daughter also attends here she's been here since she was 2 she's now 3 and she has came along way too. They've helped my family so much especially when I got diagnosed with cancer they gave my children Christmas so I'm truly blessed

We have a son recently diagnosed with autism. He has been to this company many times already ( not for ABA services, yet ) and they have always been professional and shown true concern for our son. They are careful with him and have no problem giving us extra explanation on things we're having a hard time understanding. I had been trying for roughly 6 months to get my son seen at a different location - they called me back ONCE. It took me 2 weeks to start the process here. Naturally calls/information can get lost ( we're only human after all ) but so far, that has not happened to us. We look forward to a summer full of ABA and hopefully many, many successes for our little guy.

FSC deserves 0 stars. Please stay away from this place. This place hires unprofessional people who have no experience with this kids!! I was there for a year and I got to witness a couple of things. My kid never got the help I asked for, and it was so frustrating. This place only wants insurance money. It’s also sad that one of the parents there told me that the owner does not know the meaning of Autism! The Parking lot is ridiculous, and the kids there never have new toys it’s the same stuff everyday. Please look for a better place for your kids.
