Family Medical Clinic Of Jackson

Very unprofessional.. I was talked to like I was not even a human being ! I came there in pain & they acted as if they barely wanted to assist me. They tried to make me leave without giving me any prescriptions or antibiotics! They wrongly diagnosed me & I came back (that was my mistake) but I will never go here again! The patients room where dirty, you can tell they don’t clean it after every use!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, THE STAFF & THE DOCTORS. Their staff told a sickle cell patient that they have 14 visits A YEAR he’s on his 8 visit so when he gets to 14 they can’t see him no more. It’s only March he’s going to have more sickle cell crisis throughout this year so if I know that the doctors & nurses do too. They should be ashamed of themselves, they talking about everything else but their jobs! NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN OR A WHOLE NEW STAFF. ITS RIDICULOUS

If you are want a good sunday school lesson see these people. If you want to be treated medically seek treatment elsewhere

The doctors may be great, but the front desk receptionist are awful. I’ve never met such rude & purposefully unhelpful people in my life. I was given 2-3 worded, crass answers & nothing else. If you can deal with that, then the doctors are great.

Very professional and there was only couple minutes of wait time. The staff was most helpful. Id recommend any parent to take their child there

Love it there. Dr. Mulinex is my kids doctor. He has such a great fun loving personality..

The doctors are great but the hours are awful. They stop seeing patients at 4pm. There’s no way to see your doctor after work.
