Wow, medical service one can only hope for! Appointment made for 90 minutes from time of request, showed up 1 minute early, signed in. Less than two minutes later, to the exam room for vitals and tests. Provider came in less than 3 minutes after vitals were completed. A thorough examination and conversation. Business completed and out the door in 30 minutes. Provider professional, personable, articulate and excellent Communicator. Beside manner outstanding. Other stuff cheerful and professional. What a tremendous facility.

I had an excellent experience at Family Industry Urgent Care. As a walk-in, I was impressed by how smoothly and quickly everything went. The receptionist and nurse were both incredibly friendly and patient. Even when an impatient and rude patient interrupted the receptionist, she handled the situation with true professionalism - remaining compassionate, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend this urgent care for their outstanding service and staff!

Very nice quick in and out got all my needs helped even before my appointment time . I arrived and within 5 minutes I was seen and taken care of. Thank you for the friendly staff and curtious nurses. Dr was very pleasant and thoughtful to all my needs also. Thank you.

Staff and PA Jon was amazing! Very polite and professional. Waited about 5 minutes until seen. Much faster and better than regular doctor. SLO has the worst wait time to be seen by your regular doctor. Definitely recommend this office !

I have been receiving care here under Jon Lepp. He’s been a fantastic provider, helped me through a concerning TIA situation, worked with me and my spouse as we were working through some fertility struggles. I highly recommend Jon Lepp and his team.

Got to me in a reasonable amount of time . Got my needs taken care of and out the door. All you can ask for. I saw Jonathon Lepp, he was great. You will mostly see a physician assistant there but they are all very smart.

Nancy PA was very helpful and suggested two tests which I declined and asked to be considered during my appointment with Jonathan on 8/21. She explained the deep bruising and said to take only Tylenol and ice areas. Thank you - that was a very satisfactory way to interact face-to-face.

Everyone at family industrial med center i have come in contact with is great. The SCHEDULERS the MA’s, the NP ‘s the MD’s and also the URGENT CARE have all been kind , informative , caring and never rushed and always clear in their explanations and treatment It is a medical Oasis in a sea of chaos. I feel very fortunate to have found them.
