I went to the clinic for a dental cleaning, I am already a customer of theirs for other doctors such as the ophthalmologist and the general practitioner, this morning I had an appointment at 10.30 they let me in at 11 and they only did half a cleaning on the right side of my head for the left side they put me on the waiting list because they have no places... I have never seen in my life a dentist who does half the job for you and then sends you home telling you to make another appointment to finish it, while the girl worked they were talking about where they wanted to go to eat as soon as I finished my half job... unacceptable especially for a dental cleaning, having had dental braces and in all the years where I have been looked after by dentists they have never let me go home like this terrible experience

First time patient I love my first experience it went really fast. When I got my lab work done they ladies were very helpful with my 1 yr old. I'm glad I switched to this clinic

I like it. I'm new and seen nothing wrong so far. I will keep coming back. Plan on staying with them. Also, the staff are all very nice I've noticed.

Came for appointment was 5 minutes late and they said have zero policy for even 1 minute late and I was never told about this policy. That might be something worth mentioning to the patients. You would think they would have some type grace period considering it’s a pediatrician appointment.

Called ahead and was told to go in before 10am for a walk in provider for a shoulder injury, went in and was sent home because they “couldn’t see me” until 2:45 pm, wasted gas for no reason and wasn’t even checked out. Was told to wait until a cancellation happened as if I don’t have other errands to run.

I am not happy with my results. I was handed a pack of health results and my doctor/physician didn't't go over them with me. Non compliance! By the way, I've been a patient here for many years along with my 3 healthy kids.
