I'm thrilled to share our experience with Ms. Alex! My son has been working with her on the Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) program, and the results have been outstanding. Ms. Alex's expertise and dedication have significantly improved his gross motor skills. She tailors each session to his needs, making the exercises both effective and enjoyable. Her patience and encouragement have boosted his confidence and motivation. We couldn't be happier with his progress under her guidance. Courtney is absolutely wonderful with my son who has a small speech delay. She's super friendly and makes therapy fun for him. He looks forward every week to coming here!

My son has been coming here since he was a few months old for speech therapy. During our whole journey we worked with Aleisha and we really enjoyed it. My son progressed tremendously far as feeding and with speech for forming his words. The atmosphere and very family oriented and encouraging. I’m going miss having therapy here now that he’s turning 3 and is with the early steps program unfortunately, we have to move on. Therapy here is a 10/10! Thank you’ll for helping my little man grow and prosper.

We have had an amazing experience at Family First Therapy! I was not sure how my daughter would respond to feeding therapy, as she is very shy. Courtney was always so welcoming and positive towards our daughter!

Where do I begin. This office truly puts your family first! Every interaction I've had with any of the staff has far exceeded all of my expectations. Finding the right office and ST/OT is not an easy task. From scheduling to billing to the therapy itself, everyone treats you and your child as an individual and truly listens to your concerns. Besides from the therapy being amazing and beyond helpful, Melissa and Carolyn have been absolutely wonderful in answering all of my questions in regards to getting the best schedule that works for us and billing questions. It's one thing to have ST/OT that are incredible, professional, and patient, but to have the other side of it (schedule/billing) be less stressful is a HUGE plus! My twin boys absolutely LOVE Ms. Katie, Ms. Jenn, Ms. Megan and Ms. Emily. Because I have twin boys and we see 4 different therapist in this office, I'll do reviews on them individually as well! We are so grateful for everyone at Family First Therapy and all that they do! Edit: Both of my boys see Ms. Katie and they absolutely love her! She's so patient and very attentive. She truly listens to them and is always so encouraging. We are so grateful for her! One of my boys sees Ms. Jenn. She is amazing. Patient, kind, and puts the effort in to make a connection with my son. She truly values her work and it shows. Ms. Megan is incredible. My son actually leaped out of my arms to go to her. And that was a huge moment. She creates an environment that makes it fun to learn. She is so knowledgeable and great with my son! Ms. Emily, my son loves her so much! He runs to her each time he sees her. She is great with teaching my son and creates an environment that is fun and is always so encouraging. I'm truly grateful for each ST and OT we have seen. They are all incredibly patient and encouraging.

We are a newer family to Family First Therapy, but we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. We had been doing OT at another clinic and after months of therapy, we saw little progress with our child and our therapist couldn’t even recall our goals outlined for treatment. At that point we switched to Family First Therapy for OT and added ST. By our second appointment Ms. Meagan (OT) could recall all our goals and had wonderful tools and tricks to help us achieve them. We see Ms. Jenn for speech and within a month our son has already added several words to his vocabulary. I love the environment, friendliness and incredible expertise our therapists have. This is not our first time in this type of environment, so I can confidently say these therapist are above and beyond excellent.
