5 stars isn’t enough for how much we LOVE Family First Chiro! Not only did I use Jessica for both of my pregnancies now I’ve been taking my little one! He is almost 3 months old and since we came home from the hospital he has been a very fussy baby, we had his Tongue, lip and both cheek ties revised right at 2 months to see if that would help with his acid reflux, and difficulty feeding, and followed up with Jessica a week after his procedure we also notice he would only turn his head to one side, very gassy, restless sleep, ALOT of loud grunting during the night especially during/after feeds, hiccups, constipation and absolutely HATES the car seat just after ONE visit he was a totally different baby. After his first adjustment I message Jessica literally speechless of how different he was. He slept from 10PM to almost 9 am, very minimal spit up, the grunting was almost non existent, frequent stools, less gas and just an overall happy baby. I couldn’t believe it especially after him literally being so fussy almost every all day since coming home from hospital and it got worse after His tie procedures I mean a week straight of inconsolable crying , and just one VISIT gave me a happy more comfortable baby. Now we see Jessica 2x a week for adjustments and over all have just seen the biggest difference in our little man’s everyday life. I was all for chiropractic care before having my children but now more so than ever !! It literally saved my sanity. Because as a mom whose tried everything to try and console her baby and nothing works you can only imagine how frustrating that is. So I will forever sing my praises about Jessica and how great she is! She is so good with the little ones, both of my kids love going to her office and she makes them comfortable and feel at home as soon as we walk in! I cannot recommend her and her whole staff enough! Now, Run don’t walk and get you an appt!!! You will not regret it!

Our family of 4 has been using Family First Chiropractic for over a year and we absolutely love it. Dr. Jessica never rushes us in and out, she spends time with each of us, creating relationships with her patients. Our boys (5 & 2) get on the adjustment table willingly and if we happen to miss a week our 5 year old is quick to say, “we missed Dr. Jessica today.” I never feel judged for my kids being particularly loud during a visit or for one having an avoidable meltdown. It’s always met with grace. Dr. Jessica and her staff want the best care for their patients and it’s obvious the second you enter the building. Always clean, always polite and always caring.

Where do I start? Dr Jessica is intelligent, informative, and genuinely cares about her patients. I started seeing her for my prenatal care with my second baby at the beginning of my 3rd trimester and the difference I felt after 3 adjustments was unbelievable (I came to her pretty messed up). She also adjusted my newborn after birth and I could feel reduced tension in his body after the first adjustment! Hands down, the best chiropractic experience I’ve had.

We have been going to Family First Chiropractic for several years now. Dr. Jessica and staff have always been so kind and welcoming since the first appointment. We feel like family. My son is a multi sport athlete. Dr. Jessica has helped him with knee pain. His adjustments have been a game changer, especially since he is still growing. Dr. Jessica has helped me with TMJ, neck, back, and digestive issues. We have only had wonderful experiences at Family First Chiropractic!

We love going to see Dr. Jessica! I started going to Family First Chiropractic when I was around 30 weeks pregnant and having lots of lower back discomfort. After a couple of visits with Dr. Jessica I felt like a whole new person! I now still see her weekly along with my little boy who goes in for weekly visits. My baby has been fussy since birth and full of tension, but Dr. Jessica is very patient with us and so sweet to my little man. Seeing her has helped my son with his constipation and gas! He also seems much more relaxed after his visits with her. We look forward to our visits with her each week!

I started seeing Dr. Jessica for chiropractic care during my pregnancy. After just a few adjustments I could feel significant improvement! Not only did Dr. Jessica’s adjustment mitigate discomfort throughout pregnancy, but it lead to an extremely swift and speedy labor of our baby girl! My entire family of 4 has been going to Dr. Jessica every week for almost an entire year and we are so grateful for Dr. Jessica and Family First Chiropractic! Family First Chiropractic was a game changer for me during pregnancy. I’m now 3 week postpartum and me and my newborn are still seeing Jessica. Everyone there is very welcoming and it’s a very family friendly atmosphere. I feel like I have known them forever! It’s a one stop shop if you’re needing anything pregnancy or baby related.

When I was pregnant I had tremendous low back, sacral, and neck pain that would not resolve. I was skeptical of chiropractic care but thought something has got to give. Now, I’m a believer! Dr. Jessica’s assessment of my issues and potential underlying causes was so thorough. She is the most attentive and personable person. I had relief after just my first adjustment with her. I knew postpartum I would have to see her asap. At 7 days after having my baby I went back to see her and so did my baby. My pelvis pain I had all that week was GONE the next day, I didn’t need a Tylenol anymore to get through the day. My baby had been having irregular bowel movements acting constipated and uncomfortable in her own skin very balled up and tense, but after my baby’s first gentle adjust she had 3 bowel movements that evening and her legs were relaxed and her latch improved for nursing. I cannot recommend FFC enough! The office is so kid and family friendly with toys and nursing rooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the fabulous Ms. Amy who tirelessly does everything under the sun and gives you an answer to any question you may have. We love FFC!!
