I don't recommend Dr. Phuc Nguyen! He wanted to give me a tetanus shot that was expired on my immunization records. He cleaned my skin with a cotton (which became dirty and brown because I had been working outdoors that day). He injected me with the needle and left the needle in my arm while he went around the room to look for a cottonball to cover the wound. He picked up the used dirty cotton ball which was on the clinic bed, and used it to cover my injection wound! This is so unprofessional and unsanitary. I will never be coming back to this doctor.
