Excellent provider! Dr Gordon is fantastic. She cares. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and provides a course of treatment considering the patient's needs and progress that is thoughtful and results oriented. She considers the patient holistically and does not do a "one size fits all" approach that others might do considering the volume of patients. The patient feels valued and listened to.

I’m so grateful for Samra. She sees both my kids. Every appointment improves some aspect of their lives. I used to have to drag them to their appointments with Dr. Morley, now they remind me of their appointments. I appreciate her approach. Both of my kids are no longer on sleep meds because she worked on their sleep routine. School attendance used to be huge issue, which is now a thing of the past. There’s nothing she’s not willing to tackle. As parents we feel incredibly lucky!

Jordan has been managing my medication and has worked to find the right combination. His suggestions and changes have helped me progress. The office staff is also very caring and helpful. I highly recommend the Parker Clinic.

Family member signed up for TMS treatments which is an out of pocket expense. The tech no-call no-showed for the appointment. TMS success is highly dependent on following a rigorous treatment schedule. They simply told us they couldn't accommodate us and would not charge us for the treatment we didn't receive that day...all because that 1 particular tech no-showed. We were not placed with another tech, or any reasonable adjustments. In my opinion this practice is not professionally managed and I would not recommend it for treatment. In response to the business's reply, all the proper individuals have been notified and we have yet to receive a response or appropriate resolution. I will update this review if/when a fair fix has been put in place.

Very organized and professional. My therapist, Laura Scmidt, helped me breakthrough a very long experience with depression. I had been to several therapists before and never been able to trust enough to get to a place where i could do the heavy work. I highly recommend Family Care Center.

I’ve been working with Jordan for over a year and I couldn’t be more happy with his help. He genuinely cares, which I’ve found is rare in psychiatrists. I’ve needed emergency meds and special help with my issues and every time I’ve needed someone to go the extra mile, he and the rest of the staff have been more than happy to help. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

We are new to FCC. We just had our first appointment there. Our intake process went well. The staff were friendly. Our provider, Sharma, was lovely and we felt comfortable talking to her. We have a good feeling about FCC.

I came here for TMS for severe anxiety and agoraphobia. They were out of network with my insurance and it took several months to get approved. Once starting and during the process I had no changes. We tried doing the anxiety protocol and still no changes. Not once did I have anyone really follow up with me to see how I was doing. Just the tech and the assesment questions which showed no improvement. I started having some dizziness and more anxiety to come. I missed a few sessions. I couldnt make my last 3 sessions due to anxiety. Still had no supervisor follow up to see how I was doing or why I missed my sessions or why I stopped showing up. I asked to see maybe and therapist there or a psychiatrist and didn't feel they made much effort to get me set up with one. I was chaged 2 times I missed my appointments. I will add Sean was great. but I feel the whole process and facility isn't as good or professional as I was hopping for and they didn't follow up as well as they should have especially for how expensive Tms costs.
