Family Care Center of Taylorsville

The staff at Family Care is awesome. Very kind and professional. I've been coming here for probably 25 plus years. Dr.Inman is a Great Dr. He is very kind and professional he takes the time to talk to you and listens to you.

The main thing I like about these people here at this doctors office is the patience and kindness they show me. They seem to care about my health and my concerns. I have recommended them to my daughter and for my grand-babies. . Thank you for being a group of people that makes me feel heard and important. You are all appreciated.

The staff is friendly and you feel good about being there. My primary care person is super nice and professional in dealing with my particulars. He's quick witted and doesn't mind a friendly jab now and then. All the folks there are caring and helpful.

I had a scheduled appt on Monday 11-6-23 at 9:30 AM. That weekend my toddler grandson got sick. The staff worked him in with me. Family Care Center is family centered for sure. We see Dr. Katz, he is the best. He is professional , kind and considerant. But most of all, he really knows his patients. The staff is wonderful as well.

The absolute greatest experience in a doctors office. Terful and so hehe staff is wonderful and helpful even if your paperwork is not right. They are never in a bad mood. Doctor Goodnight is always kind and takes time to explain in words any one can understand. He is extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I agree with the staff being nice and the doctors being uncaring comment because I’m learning today that I have a condition that I’ve been trying to get my previous provider here (that I won’t disclose) to look into so I went a whole year having this condition and calling setting up appointments with my provider here and nobody really listening to me, or taking me serious, or getting me fully examined to see what was wrong I had to go to Statesville Piedmont healthcare OBG, that are not primary care doctors to tell me what was going on when I went to this facility for almost a whole year and had to suffer. I eventually stopped going to my appointments because I realized they weren’t taking me serious, they were just doing their jobs. My health, and a lot of things within my health could have been avoided if my doctor had actually cared about it like they care about theirs. It more than just coming up with assumptions your job is to figure out what the core problem is and I did not get that here. My primary care doctor here did not have the urgency like I did to figure out what was going on. And this should be known for people that are actually taking their health serious and want a doctor to take them serious as well that cares about their health. Some people might love this place and have the proper primary care doctor, but I did not have a good experience here I was worried every appointment I was worried after leaving my appointment because I didn’t get proper closure and were still dealing with the same problems and never getting to a solution. And it seemed like my primary care doctor was getting more irritated with me for coming to see her more often than usual. I eventually just stopped taking this facility serious

They were very efficient with my checkup and very informative about what I can do to keep my health. Dr.Allison Clay treats her patient's like a person not just a number. She takes the time to go over everything.

Don't go here. They answer the phone and put u on hold for 15 minutes at a time. If they ever come back to line. Spent days trying to get ahold of them.
