Completely different than when my son last had them. He called to ask for his meds to be switched to a different pharmacy cause we moved they wanted to know which pharmacy and they acted like it might not be possible. He then got asked if there’s anything else he needs too know and he asked if he could know his recent therapists last name. They asked him why and he said it was because she unprofessionally changed his appointment from her to someone else 30 minutes before the appointment and didn’t believe him when he said his first experience on the phone with his new therapist she said she was FLEXIBLE for time and day and set it up for the 12th of June (we moved that day after trying to go to the appointment) she then hung up on him before he could try changing the appointment date to earlier. He told them she did that and they didn’t believe him and thought he was being dishonest cause it didn’t “seem” like her to do. She changed his therapist to someone else 30 minutes before the appointment because her son knows him and she did it out of personal family reasons and didn’t bother telling him. Very unprofessional behavior from their female on the phone and from his therapist. They don’t truly care about your time or feelings just theirs. The therapist deserves to lose her job because of it.

Got a new therapist that called me while I was asleep TODAY, and she started talking about how the normal one hour session is not gonna need to be a thing cause SHES flexible and when I asked what next week on Wednesday after I set it up half asleep will be(it's the 12th of June which is moving day for me) she hung up before I could question it. How do you find people to be therapists like this. Seems she only wants to benefit herself so no nice session for either of us on the 12th. Edit: so BECAUSE I supposedly know her son she decided to cancel my appointment 30 minutes BEFORE the appointment. Don't bother getting a therapist here they seem to think your time can run with theirs and that you'll be ok with it. She can go to hell

I have the best counselor at family's inc. Lockie I wish there were more counselors out there like you..I don't do reviews, but when you have such a wonderful counselor it make the counseling so much better. It's quite and comfortable when you step through those doors, but when I step through those door..it's not quite with my big mouth...if no one was awake I wake everyone up there.. lol Na they are very good people up at family's inc. If you want real counseling go there...such a 5 stared review...Love you guys up there..

They help tremendously Joyce Parker is amazing she listens understands, she engages in conversation asks you questions helps you work through your situation like a friend but professionally. Very friendly people and keeps your privacy prioritized

Very slow to respond--starting my third week of waiting for any sort of response...email, phone, mail...pigeon...any manner.
