Lobby area was nice and the staff was extremely friendly along with Dr Cartwright! He took his time to explain things to me and I felt he was through in my exam.

The Falls clinic and staff are phenomenal! They are friendly and helpful and caring! My experience has been wonderful with them. I have had nerve damage and swelling combined with numbness and tingling in both my legs from a military training accident. In the oast few years that has spread ti both arms and my neck. Dr Cartwright and his wonderful staff have been instrumental in helping helping to relieve these symptoms. They have explained things clearly and were patient with me as I asked questions and they offered answers. They have helped my husband and I both now and I am grateful 🙏 🥲! My favorite part of this clinic and Dr Cartwright is that he addresses the whole body/person and looks for root causes. He cares about your health and you as a person. There isn't any promoting of pharmeceutical drugs to treat just the symptoms. I can't thank you all enough!

I have only completed the initial visit at Falls Clinic but felt like I received a complete evaluation. The tests were simple but revealed alot in regard to my health. I have seeked help for lower back pain, spasms, hip pain and some foot pain for over a decade and Dr. Cartwright is the first that looked at my complete history. He explained each test he performed and reviewed what the results are telling him. I am hopeful that he will be able to decrease my pain or direct me elsewhere, if needed.

Highly recommend! Dr. Cartwight is attentive, caring, and most of all wants to help his patients however he can. The staff is wonderful and always there to help.

Everyone showed concern of my welfare! Very comfortable atmosphere! Dr Cartwri Broke down each aspect of what he was looking for and explained in detail of what he found!
