Halli is great and thorough!! The staff has went above and beyond for me and can’t thank them enough for that. I am nervous getting blood drawn but I really appreciated the time and care taken as well as the obvious experienced staff there ❤️

I think this is wouderful place go to the doctor. .everyone is so kind . I will continue going here .I like this place , do not rush you ,,and listen to you . This is first time did bloodwork on me I didn’t feel it . so that’s plus for me no pain . she got it on first try, that’s never happen until came here .she did a excellent job .other places leave bruises.Iam very impressed by this place .everyone was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place if need doctor place to go to . 😊I would like say thank you !

By FAR, the absolute BEST care my family and I have every received!!! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!!! NP Halli has gone above and beyond for myself, my husband, and my children! We could not possibly be happier anywhere else!!! Halli is the first in YEARS to have taken me seriously when I came to her for help with weight loss without surgery - and was successful!!! She has always listened to concerns about my daughter, and FINALLY helped us to get a correct diagnosis and treatment plan after 6+ years of fighting with other providers. And she’s been phenomenal with mine and my husband’s mental health care, and my toddler’s well child visits! Thrilled is absolutely an understatement!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. You should be shut down for telling a pregnant woman that her meds are okay and they aren't and could've killed our child! Real nice, not to mention also could have given them autism...really nice. Literally should not be allowed to open your doors and serve others. Just by that let alone is highly unprofessional and if something did cause any issue with my child after you lied and said the medication was safe I will most definitely sue!

Hali is phenomenal! I have brought both of my babies to her & she exceeded all pediatricians prior. She is so knowledgeable on children AND adults. She’s very tedious & sweet too :) highly recommend

Terrible care, long wait for an appointment and unclean. Felt like I was in a veterinary office. Not to mention I’m pregnant and not one of the nurses mentioned my blood pressure was extremely high. I found out a week later reading my printout to get a real doctors appointment somewhere else. And guess what, I’m being monitored for pre eclampsia now at only 10 weeks gestation when I’ve always had low to normal blood pressure. Dangerous, do not go there.

The entire staff is great! Very polite, personable, and truly cares for their patients and their needs!! I waited less than 15 minutes before being seen. Service was quick, extremely helpful, informative, and efficient!! Halli Flannagin, RN, CRNP, is amazing and very knowledgeable!! She has had many experiences working with an extensive background in the ever evolving healthcare field and truly cares for her patients well-being!! If you are looking for a new healthcare provider, I highly recommend Halli and her team at Falkville Medical Clinic!!!
