If I could give negative stars I would . Picked this facility for a family member who has Dementia . 13 days later they called to let us know that they would be discharging her because she ripped a call light out of the wall and called someone a b word . In the midst of them doing that they chose to dump her into a psyc unit so they did not have accept her back after her discharge there leaving us with no care for her upon discharge . I would look else where for you’re loved one , seems they pick and choose whom they want to keep .

They have taken excellent care of my mother. Yes, the phone service is not the best but, the staff is aware of this. They want better phone service also and are trying to get it. The staff has been amazing to myself and my mom. I can't thank them enough.

My mom hasn't been there long, but I've been impressed with the nursing staff and the level of compassion and care they provide to their patients. The facility could use some decor updates, but that's not important as the care.

I dont give the facility itself or the nurses and all staff members a 3 star. it's always clean when I go in my dad was very well taken care of. but I need a number to who ever the boss or owners are. I want to file a complaint about one of the office workers

My grandmother is a resident at this nursing home. They take very good care of her. She likes the staff and enjoys the activities.

I know personally that a CNA has been exposed to the COVID 19 and I tried to call to warn them n they ignored me and she is still going to work.

This place is centrally located in falkville, there needs to be some maintenance done as well as cosmetic work on the building. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

This is the best facility! Therapy and nursing care are amazing! Highly recommend!
