We have been coming to this facility from 2021 and have to say that the experience has been very pleasant from day one. Their willingness to understand the challenges and work with you to implement changes is what puts them on a totally different scale. Each one working over there needs a special mention of the way they contribute to the children and something to be very proud of. Team Faith- We are very proud of you and keep up the good work

Our grandson has come here for 5 years and has shown immense progress. You couldn't find a better clinic with employees that care.

We've been coming to this facility since 2018. For the most part, it has been a pleasant experience. But then you have situations like yesterday when you are questioned "do you care about your son?" This is what happened to my husband yesterday. What these providers have to remember is....it is extremely difficult being a parent of a special needs child; especially if you have multiples with special needs as in our case. Many times, our kids have multiple appointments in a day, plus going to school, plus parents working full time jobs. All parents ask is for empathy and not being questioned if we cared about our child...we do, that's why we are at your facility to make sure they get all the services they need.

TLDR: if you value your time, clarity, communication, and professionalism, find another place. :-( I wanted to like this place and was very patient, but they clearly aren't hurting for clients because I've been trying to schedule with them since October of last year. To be clear, the issue was NOT waitlist or them not having availability. They would call to ask if I'm ready for the eval appointment and I'm like, "yea, been ready, how much will it cost?" "Depends on insurance." "I know that, that's why you took all my information the last phone call and said you'd get back to me." "Oh.... We'll call you back." Ghosted. Again. I get a phone call a month later, "we see you requested an eval appointment, when can you come in?" OMG. "Um, yes, as soon as possible, but could you tell me how much it will cost please? I've been waiting." "Oh, I don't handle that, I'll have <insert name here> call you back." This was another month ago. Ghosted. I just need to know how much the appointment will cost, even without insurance, and they wouldn't give me that number. Period. It's not a difficult question. I'm sure if I show up they'd give me a number and ask for my credit card. So what would that number be? Cost shouldn't be a surprise (literally a law against that btw). I was really looking forward to trying this place since they offered bilingual services, but my husband thought it was too far. Now this huge delay, unprofessional practice, and lack of communication among their staff, solidified his decision to not bring our child here. I'm sad, but he's right. This is unacceptable.

We love this organization of people whom we have been fortunate and honored for John, to be a client since 2011. I'm always able, invited and willing to participate within sessions so I can equip myself with verbiage, knowledge, techniques and concepts of the Whys? and Whats? of each therapist expertise of their sessions with John. We pridefully value and respect our Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist and Physical Therapist time. You will NOT find a more compassionate, dedicated, nurturing and hard working team, whom support and treat our children. As much as our schedule evolves daily, one factor must always stay prevelant " Our children are a reflection of us." Great manners and communication are key as we care for our children with Special Abilities. #TeamHutton
