Patience Pope does not response to phone calls or texts. As a new employee i told her no wheelchair bedridden clients. Doesn't listen, lies,and never paid me. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealth with. I am a 63 yr. Old former business owner.

Too bad I wasn’t able to give 0 stars. Very unprofessional place. Lack of communication and irresponsible. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Booked an appointment and physical therapist never showed up. Never got a call so when I called I got an apology and rescheduled again. Second appointment once again nobody showed up and another apology due to schedule getting mixed up. I was given another apology and was asked for another opportunity after I got upset. Got a rescheduled appointment and for the third time nobody showed up. Haven’t received a call or nothing and they want answer my calls now. I’m done with this place. Stay away if you don’t want to deal with very unprofessional home care services.

I had a great experience with this company. I was very pleased with the caregiver for my Mom. She was very compassionate and understanding of her needs.She was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend them to anyone. Awesome job !!!!

I'm glad I choose Faith Home Health Care they was on time, the Physical Therapist was nice and very helpful and got me back walking again. Thank you!
