Fairmont Rehabilitation Hospital

My family had a wonderful experience at Fairmont Rehab Hospital. The staff is great—always attentive, caring, and professional. A special thanks to Cedric, the social worker, who went above and beyond to make my family feel seen and supported. He guided us through the process with compassion and helped ease the transition. We’re truly grateful for the care and support we received!

My sister, Vicky, was taken care of by the staff at Fairmont for 2 1/2 months before she passed away there. She had Pancreatic cancer the doctors thought was in remission, but came back with a vengeance and spread throughout her body. So, while her stay was thought to be for just a couple of weeks turned out to be for the last two months of her life. All of that said, the nursing staff in particular were amazing with Vicky. At all times (24/7), they were solicitous, professional, kind, and attendant to not just her, but to her family as we were gathered around her daily. All of the staff from reception, nursing, dietary and housekeeping were as friendly as though they were family and she was at home. At the end, they were very gracious in mitigating her enormous pain. In the final days, three of the nurses even prayed with her, which meant a great deal to Vicky and her family. Nurse Isaac Newton, in particular, came in the day before she passed (as he knew she likely would not be there when he came back to work), Took her hand in his and offered a beautiful and sincere prayer. That is a kindness that goes above and beyond any call of duty. Again, the nursing staff and attendants were particularly patient and gracious to myself (who could be a particular pain in their side!) and all of her family as we were so concerned about her. I would not hesitate to recommend Fairmont to anyone in need of their services. THANK YOU, Fairmont & God’s Continued blessings on you all. 🙏🏼❤️

I personally feel Fairmont is one of the best rehabs Lodi has to offer. The staff is helpful in all areas of need. I am quite comfortable with sending my loved ones there for recovery and preparing for their return home.

The staff takes care of my mother and makes her feel part of a family. Miss Balboa always remembers my name when I come up from san Diego every 4 months or so. This makes me feel very good when people who only see me a few times a year, remembers me. Thank you for the work you do Craig

There is no better nursing home in the area. The staff is so helpful with any questions or concerns that I have. I feel so much better that my mom is where she is at Fairmont. I know they can provide the 24/7 care that she needs

My name is Xavier Rodriguez. I’ve been a cna here at Fairmont for the past 5 1/2 months. The people here are amazing and very caring and thoughtful. I’ve gotten to have special connections with the residents that will always have a special place in my heart. Everyone made me feel welcome. And they will also make you feel welcome visitors to residents. We will make you feel like family. Go Fairmont!

I was very impressed of how my dad was being taken care of. All of the nurses, therapists are very nice and caring. I am so glad that my dad is recovering nicely. It is a great and wonderful place for your loved ones to get the care they need.

Her mother-in-law, Dorothy Barboza 50 B, has been, at Fairmont rehabilitation for the past three or four years, and when she transitioned over to skilled nursing, we received the same level of care and great consideration for her needs and well-being. I am there on a regular basis and have found it always to be extremely clean, the nursing staff, willing to answer all my questions and very considerate of Dorothy, she is not easy person to deal with. The CNA‘s are amazing, Rosalva, who is Dorothy‘s main caregiver has gone above and beyond as far as I’m concerned in all areas of work and care for Dorothy. the kitchen staff is excellent, the cook puts a lot of thought and care into all the food prepared, and they are always more than willing to help me if I go to the kitchen asking for something different for Dorothy or just to get her tray early as she takes forever to eat. They are accommodating and all the staff there extremely hard-working and conscientious. . Dorothy was in another facility previous for therapy and I was so happy when we were able to get her out of there and she was able to transition over to Fairmont. I would be more than happy at any time to talk to anyone in regards to the excellent level of care and service we have received.
