Fair Oaks Physical & Occupational Therapy

I’ve been coming here for a few months after having surgery for a tendon repair and the staff have been absolutely amazing. Ares at the front in reception was always so amazingly helpful and friendly when scheduling a rescheduling appointments. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was all set with my appointments. The techs Molly and Anna were always so nice and friendly. And of course Jackie and Collin were amazing in helping me get range of motion and strength back into my hand and wrist after surgery. I’m so glad I came here for my care. Thanks you all for helping me in my recovery!

The whole staff here is top notch. I’ve been coming here regularly for months (post hand surgery x2 ) for hand therapy with Jackie and she is the absolute best CHT out there. She is so knowledgeable, detailed and amazing at what she does. Not only that, she always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable/ reassured with my recovery process. Colin is amazing as well. The techs Molly, Anna, & Rudy are a great part of the team and always so helpful and friendly. Aries at the front desk is so welcoming & friendly, and she really goes out of her way to accommodate with scheduling. Erica at reception is great too. It’s always a great atmosphere coming in for my appointments. Everyone is excellent and goes above and beyond for their patients. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you all for everything you do!

I had shoulder issues and Dr. Pournaras recommended physical therapy. My therapist was Pradnya Sawant. Over a period of several months she worked with me to strengthen and gain mobility in the entire shoulder area. She was very knowledgeable, extremely considerate and made the process enjoyable. She's a wonderfully talented therapist and a warm and generous person. The support staff were also very helpful and pleasant. Great experience. I would highly recommend this practice and Pradnya.

I have been receiving hand therapy since my surgery June of last year, and the treatment is outstanding. The therapists are great and very knowledgeable. My hand is so much better than it was before my surgery. Also, the reception team is fantastic! They are very efficient at scheduling appointments and remembering to print out the schedule so I can get them recorded on my calendar.

I’ve been coming for several weeks and have had a great experience. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful (looking at you Aries and Erica!). Jackie is a fantastic CHT and has worked hard to help me feel better and improve after my injury. The location is clean and they all are focused on offering the best customer service.

The front office staff, and especially Aries DiNoia, is friendly, efficient, and professional. From my first visit, everyone has been amazing. Kayla, too, is a keeper. With good work so hard to find these days, people like Aries and Kayla should be commended. And btw, Jackie is a ROCK STAR!!

This place is fantastic. Everyone is so nice and they worked hard to successfully get function back in my hand after surgery. Jackie is a hand therapy magician. Aries at the front was always accommodating with scheduling and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of therapy.

Would highly recommend Dr. Jacqueline Kress for OT and PT therapy for your hands after surgery. She takes her time with each patient and ensures you follow the correct procedure to enhance finger and hand movement. She comes up with advanced hand splints to improve finger and hand mobility. She is the best of the best and would highly recommend this organization. She also works with Dr. Deidre Falls and she is excellent also!
