Dr. Hnath is amazing! I had my first baby 15 months ago and experienced severe pubic symphysis disorder . I went to Dr. Hnath in so much pain and extremely limited to do anything very physical. And this is a big deal because I am a personal trainer. She worked with me 1x per week and gave be additional exercises to do at home and within a few weeks I was pain free. Now if I ever experience any inflammation I know how to correct it. I am able to run again and lift heavier weights without any pain because of Dr. Hnath. I recommend all soon-to-be mama's, new mama's, and even women who had children years ago to meet with Dr.Hnath. She is a pelvic floor genius and really understands our anatomy. Additionally, Dr. Hnath has worked in conjunction with our clients and they have had great progress with treating old injuries.
