I have and continue to have a positive experience. I like the staff a lot. They’re helpful responsive and courteous EVERYDAY. I appreciate the hard work and effort from Elena. She ensures my comfort and double checks her work. I appreciate the atmosphere and care that she brings as a CA. Destiny is so polite! She definitely goes out of her way to ensure high quality work. I enjoy that there isn’t just one bright personality but rather everyone is very helpful and welcoming. I also want to mention that Diana is also a great CA.I like that I don’t feel like a “number” but rather my care is personalized and given in full. Diana gives clarity to my treatment plan and is available to answer any and all questions with a smile. This office is such a diverse and professional space for both workers and patients. I highly recommend.

I came here for physical therapy after a work related accident. It was a wonderful pleasure working with Alana, Destiny, & Michelle they always had a positive attitude towards me every time I came in for a visit. Conversation was always the best I highly recommend coming to this location. The entire staff team are great!!!

I can't say enough of the Excelsia Injury Care at Hyattsville, the staffs there are professionals in there duty and they are ready to help at all times and they help you feel at home. I will recommend people there. For that I give them 5 stars.

Elena and Diana were the best CA, ever since the first day they treated me with care. We’re very attentive and made sure I followed the instructions and helped me get better with my treatment. Would definitely recommend people come here! Thank you all!!!

At the beginning of physical therapy I was in pain and I was still feeling the after effects of being in an vehicle accident, insurance companies etc. After a few weeks, I started to feel better but not quite. The CA' s and the doctors are and were very friendly, attentive and caring through the process of therapy. After almost 3 months, I finally feel well enough to be discharged from therapy. I come on time my appointment and they make me wait very longer than expected..also the customer service is very bad and rude and doesn’t care about service…I will never going to come back…I’m advising everyone not to go there again because is great service and not polite 😡😡😡😡😡
