Excel Physical Therapy

I highly, highly recommend Excel Physical Therapy. The therapist and his full staff have EXCELLENT customer service. The therapist and aid take complete notice with all of your session by noticing how your movements are, improvement and also if your in pain. The therapist will add specific attention where needed AND as needed. I began in a wheelchair and am now walking well with a walker. Next we’re going to start using a cane. The therapist plan of actions are very very successful and I’m happy at how each therapy modalities are each a pre curser to the next improvement I’m looking forward to begin using a treadmill when the therapist says…” let’s now try this… “ They are sooo the cause of my success!!!

Amazing Professional Team Of Therapist & Office Staff. Very nice, compassionate, helpful during visit. Dave, Charles, and Eric know what they are doing to help you with therapudic sessions to improve body movement & motion. Making so much progress with my shoulder/neck pinch nerve muscle problem Thanks to Excel Therapist !!

I haven't ever been seen at this place, nor will I ever. Someone left a voicemail where she started speaking, messed up, then hung up rather than starting the message over. Well, I called back and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Without giving her my name, she said they were trying to reach me for physical therapy and rudely asked if I was interested. I told her I was not, since the way she was acting made me believe I could not trust them to help me. Rather than let her disrespect me again, I hung up. She called back and didn't leave a message. There are a LOT of places you can go for physical therapy. I wouldn't recommend going here, especially if they are this rude to new patients.

I like this place. Everyone is super nice. But after today's experience I won't be going to their office anymore. Today we are having a really bad storm with the streets being flooded and rain has been none stop. I choose to call and say I wasn't going in becuase I felt as it was a safety issue and didn't want to drive anywhere with my kids. Mine and their lives are more important. Well even with that being said they told me they are charging me 25 bucks for not going in. I understand it's your job to charge people for being no shows but I called and explained why I couldn't come in. It's not that I didn't want to but I was making a safe decision for my kids. No I dont have anyone to watch them ether. Where ever I go my kids go. Then the lady I was speaking to once I told her I wouldn't be going into their office anymore becuase I was being charged 25 bucks for a safety issue all she had to say was ok but when could you come in an pay the 25 bucks. Wow

Wouldn't recommend this physical therapist to anyone the team didn't really care and they treat u like your just a paycheck didn't feel like they helped me wasist of my time

Had a great experience with them! The whole team was friendly and caring. Highly recommend them
