Have a split herniated disc. Started pool therapy in major pain. I've been injured for little over 3 months now. I'm taking very little, if NO pain meds. Pool therapy seems to help immensely on this slow road to recovery... I can't say enough about the staff. Very accommodating and understanding. I have definitely met some truly AWESOME people here, patients too! Recovery is one day at a time.

I went to Excel PT. in 2014 after I had Spine Surgery and they were great. Now it's 2018 and I've had another Major Spine Surgery at UCDMC and I've once again asked my Dr. to refer me to Excel PT.. in Jackson. Why? Because there the best when it comes to water PT.
