Exceed Health Clinic

Totally recommend this clinic. Wonderful friendly staff, great service & atmosphere and everything in-between!

***Take Note- They do not accept walk-in's*** This practice used to be called Exceed Urgent Care. Apparently they change their name to Exceed Health Clinic and now they are a totally different practice. They used to be a convenient place to get in and out. I'm sure their care is exceptional (but not convenient, to be seen as a walk-in).

Had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. When patients are late they’re held accountable but when it’s the provider it’s excuses. Everyone is nice but theirs no reason a patient shows up 15 minutes early and isn’t seen until 30min after their appointment time.

Appointment was October 5, 2023 @ 2pm including lab work for pre-surgery clearance. Results the next morning by 9 AM. Staff was friendly, efficient and the provider was excellent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is needing family services, labs or any medical services. Thx

I brought my daughter in with the flu on Dec, 23rd.We came from out of town. The staff was friendly, helpful, got us in quickly, got her feeling as comfortable as possible as fast as possible. The doctor was even kind enough to give her a stuffed animal to take home. It was scary going somewhere new, so far from home but we felt reassured and at ease quickly. The nurse and the receptionist were all wonderful too.

Great customer service and very responsive! My company was looking for an urgent care facility in the region, and we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and quality of this clinic and their staff. Ms. Sylvia made it easy to give her our business. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. I’m in town working and needed to see a doctor right away. I called at 8:45, and they had me in by 9:15. Staff was friendly and I really liked the doctor, too bad I don’t live here, or they would be my new primary care folks.

Well my Dr office the Knighton center closed down and me and my wife went up there sp I could get on my seizure and potassium medicine that I've been on almost a year now . They said they could make me an appointment for an hour later which was fine. Then as soon as we are walking to the car I get a call from them and they say we see you've been on this seizure medicine for this amount of time and our Dr. will not prescribe it to you so don't come back and waste my money. They are complete trash.
