eXact Physical Therapy

10/10 recommend. I primarily worked with Jose and Jeff which both were awesome. They didn’t make having to go to PT so boring and kept it light. They did a great job at explaining the exercises and exactly what they were working and why. They definitely don’t make you feel like just another patient, they are invested in your recovery and genuinely care. The whole staff made the process great from the moment you walk in, never had you waiting around and they all worked together to make sure you were attended to and comfortable!

The entire team from scheduling to therapy is the best! Mike provided strategies, techniques and dry needling during therapy of my shoulder and it was a complete WIN! Just as I felt like I was about to breakdown with my limited ROM and pain; BREAKTHROUGH happened! Mike tried an alternative approach to help me with ROM that I can also carry over at home and it was an absolute win to help me gain relief. The entire team at Exact PT/Paesanos Pkwy location is phenomenal, life giving and outstanding professional and most definitely EXACT! My recovery story isn’t over and after every session I feel like I am gaining incredible momentum to the finish line!!! Thank you Mike and the entire team!!! This is not a paid advertisement. This is real and honest feedback. I have had the honor of going to eXact Physical Therapy for 5 weeks. DPT Bell and DPTA Mike are outstanding, highly skilled, and caring medical professionals. Regarding my head and neck injury, they listened and understood my pain level and limited movement. They tailored my treatment plan to help me increase my range of motion and strengthen my head and neck muscles. The therapeutics they use such as heat, cold packs, bio-freeze, and massage have been effective in reducing my pain level, so I can fully participate in physical therapy. Amazingly, Dr. Bell's expertise was also the master key for my primary doctors unlocking the mystery of the crippling pain in my legs. Because of Dr. Bell, I am under the much needed care of a Vascular Doctor. The exact Physical Therapy Team cares about my whole health. The superb Office Manager, Mallory, goes above and beyond to ensure patients are well-informed, well-equipped and timely scheduled. This 5-Star Team loves helping physically broken people began to fly again. I thank God for their "double wings", remarkable gifts and tremendous blessings.

I have had a lot of therapy in my life and this team is one of the worst I have seen. They did not consult with my surgeon after surgery and used standard exercises that cause a great deal of pain. They put me in more pain than I was before the surgery. I am now working my way back hoping I don't need additional surgery. They treat more patients than they have therapist/Techs in the building so there is no real oversight. They forgot me on the exercise bike for almost 30 minutes. Their communication with the patient and with referring physicians is lacking. Therapy is part knowing what to do and part listening to the patient. They don't listen and they don't care. If you want to feel better avoid this place.

The staff is very professional and so friendly. I’ve gone to other PT places and Exact far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them for your rehab. Great job team.

After half a lifetime in pain I've gained more movement in 6 months with Mike and Brandon than in years at other physical therapy locations. I wish I would have found this amazing team years ago! I have referred anyone I know who has limitations due to pain or reduced movement. Thank you guys!!

Excellent patient care. Everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and personable at each appointment; especially Brandon and Mike. Scheduling is flexible and accommodating. I am glad I was referred to this location to assist me with my physical well-being.

I've had a lot of really bad experiences with physical therapist anf surgeon's but the doctor and staff here took time to explain what my body was doing and im really hopeful that this may be the last group ill ever need going forward
