EW Motion Therapy - Meadowbrook

I have been working with Dr.Jade Hutchinson for 11 months. She is great! My doctor referred me to her with one issue. Then I had shoulder replacement and I asked my surgeon to refer me to her and I’ve been so pleased! Very knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and friendly! I am so much stronger and confident. If something happens in the future, I will definitely be working with Jade!

The EW Motion therapy team for years has went above and beyond for me. Placing my therapy first, Jade has been a Godsend. Her bedside demeanor, skill, passion and dedication are unmatched. There are many other wonderful people there as well, such as Josie and Hannah. Fully recommend.

The folks who administer the therapy are awesome. I would like to see signs telling your clients to please discontinue cell phone use during therapy. It is very distracting.

Braden is very focused & organized for each session. He encourages me if I struggle with a routine and complements me on my efforts.

I do not recommend ew motion. I just got a call from the receptionist she was very condescending. I had told her I was at work, and that I would call back when I was off. She proceeded to continue to talk to me and say my bill needs to be paid today. I told her that the lady who checked me in said that I probably wouldn’t owe anything since I had dual insurance. She was ver argumentative and told me that she probably told me that my second insurance wouldn’t cover anything. I asked her what time they closed and she said they close at 4pm today and I told her I don’t get off till 4:30pm. And she asked me what time would I be available to pay another day. I told her after 4:30. She told me that she would call me on 4:30 on Monday. And I told her I would still be working. She then said that she would call me at 4:31pm. Receptionist was horrible will not be coming back. That is not how you treat people. If I could you guys would be getting zero stars.

I have loved working with Braden for my Physical Therapy on my neck. He is friendly, attentive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I never have to worry that I’m going to be shorted on my time and like that you get to work with him the entire time vs some facilities that put you with an assistant. Thank you Braden!

I’ve had several injuries throughout my life, and EW has by far been my favorite PT experience so far. During the process of being treated for an ankle injury, I was diagnosed with a joint condition. I ended up needing PT for two other joints during this time. Jade, along with her team, worked to make sure every joint was taken care of and healed fully. I went from thinking I’d never run distance again to less than a year later being able to complete a full marathon injury free. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place, and the people in it!

I see Ben for running related injuries. He does a great job quickly identifying and treating the issue so I can continue running.
