Evolve Physical Therapy and Gym

Kate and her staff are amazing! They are professional and have provided a personalized approach to my unique rehabilitation needs! The treatment plan they have created for me has produced real results! I always leave Evolve feeling stronger and with a positive attitude!

I love being a member of the Eastside gym but love the PT crew even more. I’m a big fan of consistent messaging and Kate’s team demonstrates this well. Everyone is always happy to jump in and help. It is clear they all care for their patients and their recovery. They work very hard to make us feel comfortable in our different levels of pain and fitness. I look forward to my weekly torture, I mean physical therapy appointment, with Kate, Dom, Ryan and Amy! Grateful to have them around to help me get moving again.

Daughter completely tore her MPFL. Has been working hard to get back on the volleyball court and almost there after two months of PT. All therapists have been kind, attentive, knowledgeable and encouraging. They are smart in knowing how much to push to get results without overdoing. Every visit has been awesome! Great atmosphere - well set up with all necessary equipment and not overbooked so she gets one-on-one instruction. Absolutely love Kate, Ryan and Dom and so appreciate all their help!

I was fortunate enough to have Kate Warren as a neighbor for several years and thus became aware of her physical therapy practice. Having broken my ankle a few months ago, she was the first person I thought of when looking for a physical therapist. I’ve only been twice, but already, the exercises she’s prescribed have helped me tremendously, and her staff is very positive and kind. I will recommend Evolve to anyone I know who is looking for a physical therapist.

I love Evolve physical therapy. I had gone to two other physical therapy companies and they were awful and not places that I would ever go to again. My third try was Evolve, and it couldn't have been any closer to what I wanted and needed. I have told my family and friends that they are amazing. And if they ever need pt services, go to Evolve.

I've been going to Evolve 2x a week for PT for a very long time. Ryan has been excellent at keeping me strong enough to be able to do what is possible for me to do, considering my disabilities and limitations. He pushes me a little when he thinks I'm ready to do more. I trust him implicitly and it's good to see Don again too.

Everyone here is so nice. Very professional. Clean gym. They take the time each person needs to get done. Other places will give you 30 -45 minutes and then just stop without finishing. These guys actually give you the time you need as an individual to finish. It's nice not to feel rushed. I've been to other places for physical therapy and so far this one is the best ! The gym has a variety of equipment to suit each person's needs. It was also nice to see many different types of members working out both women and men, some just starting out and others more experienced. The gym was not overrun with people either. Thank you guys and I will be back after surgery !
