Evolve Physical Therapy + Advance Wellness

I have been to four physical therapy clinics in San Diego and Evolve is by far the most professional. The people at the front desk are very courteous, helpful, and do a great job of texting several days ahead to notify patients of upcoming appointment dates and times. My physical therapist for the last year and a half has been Meghan Burris. She originally worked on a bad meniscus tear and more recently a torn rotator shoulder injury. Of all the therapists I've seen she's easily the best. Meghan has a great feel for increasing the degree of difficulty without overdoing it. She takes a personal interest in seeing progress in all of her patients. I highly recommend her.

Megan and Sam deserve a five-star rating for their outstanding services. However, I can only give one star to the front desk due to my experience with the refund process for my double payments. It was a frustrating and humiliating experience that fell short of my expectations as a paying customer. Accurate billing and efficient resolution of any issues are crucial aspects of quality service that should not be overlooked. I hope that Evolve Physical Therapy can improve in this area to provide a better experience for their customers.

Meghan is an exceptional PT that helped me mentally and physically recover after a herniated disc surgery. She actually recommended a surgeon she's known a long time associated with Evolve, and I'm so glad she did as having contact between my PT and surgeon consistently was so helpful. Every one here is nice, helpful, and considerate, and immediately recognize you when you walk in. This familiarity made my experiences more comfortable and welcoming. I know that Evolve is a popular choice for PT and rehab for a lot of athletes and famous faces due to their skill and location, but I was always treated equally like everyone else. Thanks all at Evolve!

Dr Patrick Oshea is absolutely the best! He’s so knowledgeable and does a good job telling you what he’s doing and how your body is responding to the treatment. I’ve been to numerous other massage therapists and nobody comes anywhere close to how great of a job he does. Our whole family goes here and can’t say enough good things about him.

I have gotten the best care imaginable at Evolve Physical Therapy. The staff at Evolve are exceptional - the best I’ve found. They’ve helped me recover from a major neck surgery and a serious shoulder surgery. The expertise of the PT’s is impressive. When I had more recent aggravating knee issues last year, the problem turned out to be a combination of several issues. One of the PTs, Kevin, narrowed down the two primary culprits causing my knee pain, and its now over 85 percent improved. Saved me from an expensive knee procedure... I have referred several good friends here and got all rave reviews. You get a dedicated 30 minute period one on one during each appointment ( following the longer initial intake) - The front office staff and management are amazing, friendly, caring, and on top of everything! I can totally rely on Evolve’s therapists and staff for all my care. There’s a full gym, a top notch acupuncturist, massage therapist, and facilities for laser treatments. The precautions they are taking now to treat patients during these challenging Covid times are great and I feel totally safe going to the clinic now. Highly recommend Evolve PT! I’ve Been a patient here for years and still getting follow-up care, and it’s second to none in my book!

Evolve has a remarkable staff with the most effective, knowledgable practitioners I’ve ever experienced. They’re great at teaching ways to prevent recurrence. They have become our go-to when injuries or issues occur.
