Evolution Elite Performance Therapy

Always a great experience with my Torture Master aka Dr Frankie. lol I've been seeing Dr Fankie for over a year now. I was looking at long term pain management due to 40 years of back and neck pain. In the past my insurance dictated how my physical therapist could treat my increasing pain, I was willing to try anything except pain management. I'm too young to start down that road, I wanted a solution that would treat the problem not mask the pain. Dr Frankie is engaged in my physical health as well as my emotional wellbeing, he's a great encourager, pushing me to do more than my brain thinks my body can do. He's right every time! I have been in pain and going down hill with limitations of my Body for many years.going from Dr to Dr, test after test, physical thearphy, chiropractor, tried it all. Told I was not in the medical books yet. I live in Sacramento, and was referred to Dr Jeff by my cousin who lives in AZ. I decided to get in to Dr Jeff on this trip. I has my first appointment last week. Dr Jeff is amazing, after his exam with do this and do that, he made a determination on why my body was going down hill, gave me a treatment, and took me out of pain on the first treatment. I have had 2 treatments and I have been out of pain, and feeling better with each treatment. I walked in to Dr Jeff with a walking stick, I am now able to walk in without it. Dr Jeff is amazing, and very caring. Call ahead, he has a long list, but definitely worth the waite. Joyce Conceio

I have been seeing Dr. Frank Tardi for the last 5 years and he is THE best PT I have worked with. Every session is one on one and my issues have always been addressed. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely. I wouldn’t go elsewhere! Kellie is always on top of scheduling and makes the process easy. She also brings positive energy into the practice. I haven’t been treated by Jeff, but he is always so kind and friendly. I’m very grateful to have found Frank!

By far one of the best PT experiences I have ever been a part of. Both Frank and Jeff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They provided some of the best counseling, treatment and guidance that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen for your PT needs.

Being very active and involved in sports, I have had numerous injuries. I would not trust any other practice for my healing process. Jeff and his staff are absolutely amazing! His superior knowledge and state-of-the-art environment have saved me from surgery more then once. They are the absolute best at what they do!

Meeting with Jeff and having him evaluate was excellent as he explained different techniques for mobilization and after a few things he did, within one appt my ROM was improved showing the possibilities of what can be achieved with the right therapist. He outlined what I need to do keep improving things in phases. He identified layers of issues that can be addressed in a plan that is not about the usual PT program of simply "do these exercises". His knowledge shows his years of not just experience but in-depth experience. Nerve pathways, muscles, tendons, structural issues - he gets the inner-workings of all these. I am very encouraged to continue on the plan he is outlining. His office admin, Kellie, is great too.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the team. I began going to Evolution PT a few months ago due to dealing with years of constant knee pain. Little did I know it is not my knees, it is a compilation of other weaknesses that I need to target on strengthening. Dr. Frank Tardi is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and pushes me in the right way to overcome my mental block of, “I can’t do it I am going to hurt myself.” He is hands down the BEST! He sincerely cares and is determined to fix your problems and won’t stop until you get there. I haven’t personally been treated by Dr. Jeff Beran, but my father has, and Jeff completely fixed his nerve pain in his shoulder within a few sessions. Kellie at the front is incredible with scheduling and managing all front end needs as well! To sum it up we are so grateful we were recommended to these guys and will never want to go to anyone else!

Recently had a full tear rotator cuff surgery by Dr. Adnan Saithna, he referred me to Evolution Elite Performance Therapy for my rehabilitation therapy. Kelly is great with scheduling my visits and Frank is awesome with my recovery work out. I started one week following my surgery 8 weeks ago and I am progressing well with my strength, endurance and range of motion. Their facility is top notch with state of the art laser treatment and e-stim therapy to increase blood flow and stimulate healing. I feel great!
