Evergreen Living Center at Stagecoach

I am very thankful for the care my nana received while in rehab. She spoke highly of the staff and she was always well taken care of when I visited. Thanks to nurse Kiki and all the staff that provided care.

The staff is very friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The therapy staff Todd & Jamie were great. I will certainly come back here if I ever need inpatient therapy again! Nisha was my primary nurse during the day and Chris at night and they were so wonderful. I can’t remember everyone’s name but I am so thankful.

Evergreen is a wonderful place with a great staff of caring people. My mother needed long-term rehabilitation and I am so thankful we chose Evergreen. The facility was always so clean and pleasant to visit (and reside in). Upon arrival LC, the Administrator, and Maddie made the transfer so pleasant and made us all feel mom had a home there where she would be safe and well taken care of. Their PT and OT leaders (Todd and Jamie) are the BEST. After taking mother home following a 3-month stay, the local home health care PT and Nurses told me that wherever I placed mom for rehabilitation was obviously top-notch because they felt mom was in much better shape then so many of their other patients. I credit Todd and Jamie for mom’s excellent condition upon returning home. I am so thankful to them both for everything they did to restore my mom back to where she could safely return home. I also want to express a wealth of gratitude to mom’s primary aide and caretaker, Somer. Somer has a true gift and calling and is an awesome asset to Evergreen. I went home each day feeling extremely confident Somer was taking great care of mom and she was in good hands. Mom also had some fantastic and knowledgeable nurses during her stay at Evergreen- Devon and Rhonda took extra care with mom and her incision area and always made us all feel good about the gentle care they willingly and professionally offered. I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who has a family member needing rehabilitation or long- term care. They are the BEST! I would not trust my mom to just anyone’s care but would not hesitate one second to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family!! Shirley is an amazing dietary aid. She really cares for the health of her clients. If you’re looking for a safe place for your love ones, I would recommend evergreen living center!!

Staff goes above and beyond to provide a loving home like environment for residents. Everything from the food to nursing care is excellent. When problems arise management is quick to act and correct any issues. 100% recommend Evergreen Living Center

I visited a week ago scoping out places for a relative of mine and I was very impressed! It was very clean and smelled nice in the building! Madaline in admissions was very welcoming and personable and was able to give a ton of information! You can really tell that the DON Hope puts in a lot of effort into making sure that everything is taken care of! Todd in therapy was also very friendly and seemed to be really excellent at what he was doing! Overall super happy with the experience I had!

All of the staff members are friendly and great, but Maddy is the best! She always goes above and beyond, and she's always so welcoming and informative! The facility is always nice and clean as well. You can definitely tell that they truly care about their residents!

The staff there is amazing. My loved one is very well taken care of. The administration is welcoming to anything I have to say or want to do.
