Perhaps the turnover of Doctors/Providers at Evergreen is enough of a negative review in itself. I've been a patient at Evergreen for around 6 years. During this time, my PCP left the practice. I have explained many times I would prefer (and will only) see a female provider. My original PCP was replaced by a female provider. I saw her once and she left the practice. I was reassigned to another female provider. Before I could see her, I was reassigned again to a male provider. I called Evergreen to let them know I prefer a female provider. They told me there was nothing they can do and there is no waitlist managed for providers. I told them not to assign me to the male provider. Again, I have been reassigned another new provider but it also a male provider. They continue to pressure me to schedule my visit with this new male provider as there's simply nothing they can do. In the interim, several new female providers appear to have joined the practice, all of which have never been offered to me despite me reaching out. The most frustrating item is the continued disregard for my request. Every time I've called they end the call with, "Well, can we get you scheduled with this male provider?" While I can appreciate this problem has nothing to do with the front desk staff, the lack of even trying to understand is ridiculous. I would not recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for a PCP.

I don't know if its ironing out the kinks of moving to the new building, but the quality of this practice has declined. Compared to the service I received when it was at the previous location, it leaves a lot to be desired. Scheduling feels more difficult, my PCP has changed, and getting a good provider for a non-preventative visit is a dice roll. I have had some good visits, and some very poor ones.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the staff and Cheryl Underwood was lovely to work with. Their old location was very warm and inviting. But, when they moved from their little building down the road to their new location, things changed. Last time I was in, I could hear every conversation in every room around me, as they did not install any sort of sound barriers between patient rooms. I no longer feel comfortable as a patient here so I will be looking elsewhere.

I liked it when I first started having appointments at the other address (Park Ave). I miss Tracy and Dr Noah W. Now that they moved and combined all clinics in one, it’s sadly not the same. There was a time when we had no doctors assigned to us at all or there was one and then he/she was already replaced by a different one. And therefore, it’s unfortunately not a place I would recommend anymore.

I've been going to Evergreen Family Health for years and have tried to be understanding of their staff changes throughout this time. This week I was notified by them that my PCP had once again changed (I'm not sure how many times this had happened over the years). I was informed that it was a male provider. I am much more comfortable with a female provider but was told several times that they were not able to accommodate me because none of their female providers were taking on new clients. But I'm already an existing patient here, and have been for years. I offered to let them reschedule my appointment for whenever someone would be available, and they still told me that none of their female providers were available to take on new patients. They did however offer for me to come in TWICE instead so I could have the GYN portion of my exam done by a female provider, but for the rest of my appointment (on another day) it would have to by a male provider. If that is the case, why do I have to come in twice if they already have someone available for the GYN portion? I've had my annual appointment scheduled since last summer and I'm just tired of it. As much as it is a chore to find a new PCP, looks like that's what I'll be working on now! I cannot recommend them for their inconsistency and lack of ability to accommodate.

I had an appointment @4pm. 3:45pm I was in and checked by nurse. While waiting for the doctor I fell asleep and woke up scared one hour later @4:45pm. At the checkout I told them I was going home and never coming back. On the way out I saw the doctor who asked me where I was going. When I said I was going home, he just said ok have a good night. I'm never going back for sure!

Evergreen Family Health is a great practice. I was reading a lot of these reviews, and honestly I am shocked. I wanted to give some insight on this place. They have helped me and my family out tremendously over the years. Always kind to me, especially the providers. We are a really lucky little community to have such nice health care workers. Would recommend at least trying out this practice if you are looking for a new pcp.

Not what it used to be. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this practice! I’ve been going here since isI was a child. Called today because my prescription for anxiety ran out. They refused to fill it because my physician isn’t in today. I’m completely out of the medication. A medication that I have been taking for the better part of 20 years. I need an appointment to be seen before they refill it but nobody will see me until Monday. So I get to go all weekend without medication that I should be tapered off from and is considered dangerous if stopped abruptly. I get treated like an addict because I need it filled. I was told by the nurse (Kathy) on the phone that maybe I should talk to my doctor about getting help for it and that I’m out because I took it too soon. I literally get 15 pills for 30 days. I cut the pill in half and take .05 mg every night before bed. The last time I got it filled was 31 days ago! Even the pharmacist said that I need this medication filled. I don’t know what is going on with this “Family” practice.
