Some of the doctors, nurses & staff are excellent, some are not. There has been some improvement in the last year. I believe that is due to specific doctors that have joined the practice. Open Door Clinic owns this medical facility & several others. It has been my experience that Open Door overall is less focused on providing quality care & more focused on getting as many people through the Door as possible. Open Door puts heavy loads on their doctors & medical staff in all their facilities. Most of the poor quality of care stems more from how Open Door structures their facilities. It can take a while to get an appointment sometimes.

100% the most unprofessional and condescending appointment I've ever had. I'm not even mad. I'm just awestruck at how absolutely absurd that appointment was. I was hesitant to even stay on the call for more than 30seconds while the health care specialist huffed and puffed with audible breathes of annoyance. It was like talking to an upset 15 year old gir who's mother was asking her to clean her room.When I said this isn't for me I'm sorry but I don't think this is going to work out.she then started to argue with me telling me I don't understand. Like no you don't understand clearly. I can't help but laugh.

I get my blood drawn here fairly regularly. I've always had great phlebotomists, which is necessary. I can pass out during blood draws. The equipment here seems new and I've always gotten help with my needle fears. Receptionists are very kind. A very comfortable wait area and food restrooms, the building always looks very clean and smells nice.

Honestly, this place ruined my day. Everything was fine until I left and didn’t get done what I went there for. Beyond disappointing. I make no money right now and just needed a note to get back to work. Apparently taking tests is more important instead of just getting me the note, and then running tests. I have no job now and went back to feeling suicidal and like a failure. Thanks.

A week ago my friend requested her medical records to apply for housing for college and they said a week until they can receive her forms. She gave them more than a week and they still managed to be unprofessional and not give her the correct paperwork and request that she waits another day.

People that are leaving reviews that reflect their frustration with Open Door need to realize what kind of funding they get. They do the best they can with what they get. It's true that their doctors come and go, but what do you expect? We live in the middle of nowhere, get used to the downsides of this and hate the game, not the player.

I’ve found a better solution to my infertility issues through herbal and homeopathic ways. The staff here is almost always nice but I wasn’t getting the real help I needed.

If I could mark a 0 I would. 3 doctors are seeing ruffly 200 adults a day. If you are on Medical they are NOT excepting new patients, they can't attract "new" doctors with "that" kind of insurance. The receptionist told me this.These so called doctors have given me the run around and transfer to him/ her for the last 2 month's since the staff change. They DO NOT care about your health or especially your concerns or questions if you have them!! They would rather let you die while waiting for a call back that NEVER comes. Avoid them they do not care!!!!!
