Eufaula Pediatric Clinic

Thanks to the staff for acting fast and professional....and for having supplies need to help my son. He had a terrible reaction to his normal allergy shot. The team handled it very well. They also called to make sure I got to the ER and called again later to see how my kid was feeling.

Dr. Coleman is so sweet and encouraging. As a first time mom with all the typical worries, am I doing enough, is my baby doing well, etc., I feel like I get such a boost of confidence from her every time I take my baby girl for a check up. Love this doctor and so glad she’s here for Eufaula.

My boys have went here for years and we've never had a bad experience! The receptionists, nurses and Doctors have always treated us with kindness and respect. The clinic itself is very colorful for children and always clean! My children see Dr. Addison and he is a wonderful pediatrician, my boys love his sense of humor lol. I would definitely recommend this clinic to expecting moms looking for a pediatrician and to anyone else who looking for a pediatrician!

Exceptional!! Took my daughter today for an infection and everyone there made us feel welcome. Brad is meticulous with his patience. He, as well as, Samantha and the others went above and beyond with the care of my child. The facility is immaculate. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, clean, professional, caring environment because this is it.

I was really looking forward to trying out this office. Maybe I just came on a busy day, but I didn’t feel like the receptionist was too friendly or welcoming to me. Also, they say they have a “well baby” waiting area but nobody pays attention to the sign because there were sick kids all around us. That needs to be fixed and clearly marked. The nurse was ok, but she yelled my daughter’s name from the back instead of coming out to get us from the waiting area. I honestly would have missed it and could’ve even tell where the voice was coming from. We saw the female nurse practitioner and she didn’t even introduce herself or make us feel very welcome. On top of that, she basically almost refused us future care if I didn’t get my daughter certain vaccines. I feel like this is unethical and inappropriate behavior and certainly didn’t make for good first impressions! We won’t be returning to Eufaula Pediatric Clinic.

I've taken my kids here since they were born. And even with shots they don't get scared. The doctors and nurses are amazing here.

Took my daughter to this clinic today and had a great experience, we have been here in the past but it has really changed since then it is bright and colorful and clean and the staff from front desk to nurses to doctors all were friendly and professional

Everybody there was nice. The nurses keep kids calm and orderly even when they get shots. Five stars!!!🤩
