Went here to get my post-Covid arrhythmia checked out a year or so ago. The doctor (forgot her name unfortunately) was nice and seemed attentive, but at the same time I feel like the whole thing wasn't taken entirely seriously. I can give the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe that was intentional so as to not make the patient, me, too anxious, but some of my questions just went unanswered/were just laughed off. However, important things like tests and a referral to a specialist were taken care of at least. Unfortunately the place we were referred to wouldn't do anything on minors (I was a minor at the time), but I'm not sure if this place is to blame for not knowing/mentioning that before referring us, so take that as you will.

I absolutely love this clinic. They have been more than helpful. The staff are all very sincere and knowledgeable! They are also very punctual. I highly recommend 🙌

Waited for weeks to see the doctor and get a two minute video call while the doctors on a treadmill didn’t even look at me or speak to me about what I really needed. Just threw a pill at me and goodbye. when you call mental health and ask for help and they do absolutely nothing for you. Where do we turn

Sam is great! He never stops trying to improve my quality of care. He is up on the latest treatments and has no problem researching or consulting with others to make sure I am getting the very best of care.

Very rude staff. Very uncaring. Put in dirty room.no lysol spray. Put in stinky room nurse refused to leave door open. Or spray lysol. So hot couldn't even breath.i asked for wheelchair was denied. Asked to wait in car so I wouldn't catch flu or any other sickness going around because immune compromised. Told if i dont wait in waiting room i wont be seen. Worse doctor office ever been too.

Very unfriendly. I have never had a good experience here. Get told different things each visit and billed incorrectly. A regular check-up charged $160 because it was coded incorrectly and they refused to change it. This place is a joke. Everyone in my family has had a bad experience here. I've never been to a medical facility that was this bad and frustrating to work with.

I love the staff and my primary care doc. However, I am very displeased with Terry Workman, the doctor who does well woman checks. I had an appt today, she refused to allow my boyfriend in the room, after I requested he stay. She also refused to allow him back in to show him how to do a home exam on me. I have had a breast cancer scare and I feel it's very important that he be as informed as I am. She was very inconsiderate of me and my wishes, and refused my request more than once. She doesn't know my history and has no business denying me a second person in the room, period!!

Doctor Sam is by far the most caring & down to earth doctor I have ever met. I actually feel like he cares about my wellbeing. I’ll for ever come to the Heath&wellness. ( until they kick me out lol) Great staff, everyone I’ve talk to is very nice don’t seem fake at all. I’m very thankful for this please an everything they do
