I got in quick; nice staff; clean environment; pharmacy wait was quick. Blood draw was unpleasant, painful, and rushed, but that was just one staff member. Very good otherwise :)

We were on an Alaskan cruise when my wife came down with Covid , they saw her promptly and Dr. Was super friendly. We thank them for helping us.

Began as a horrible experience however once I almost was going to sue them my old provider mysteriously left and went to Bartlett. Was given to Dr. Litter and now every time I go things are handled quickly and efficiently. Once you can get them past trying to shove their dying culture down your throat they are the best medical provider in town. The key is getting past this. Like most of Juneau they feel that their dying native culture is more important than you. So they will force feed you it so that you understand their pain. So they will treat you like they do themselves such as no antibiotics when you have an infection that merits it. Once you can get past this woe is me mentality and basically take them over your knee then they become very helpful. Five stars for Dr Litter and his team.

We had a minor urgent care situation come up while visiting Juneau from another Southeast town. They were very helpful, professional, and attentive. Everything moved quickly and our issue was resolved with little trouble. The front desk was helpful and answered all of our questions. We recommend the urgent care for any issue that might come up.

The staff was just amazing.. From when we first walked thru the doors. We were greeted with warm smiles, hot coffee ... Wait time wasn't longer then 5min.😌 just a remarkable job handling there patients... Appreciate everything you've done for me and my family.. Makes us feel warm &welcomed here in Juneau...

Search clinic has some kinks. Broke my foot one time. Moving it all around showed em where it hurts oh we didn't ex Ray right there. Like what Then I try and get some help with mental health. I'd recommend somewhere where patient health is their top priority, not social science. Thanks for the lecture though gals in the front. My child's health is more important than culture, sorry. If you want to serve everyone, then serious changes need to be made. We won't be back.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Block. He really took the time to hear what was going on and make sure I was cared for.
