DO YOUR RESEARCH, DO NOT SEEK HELP AT THIS AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT! I wish i would have read the reviews before going here in our emergency! Narcissist nurse was cruel, neglectful and down right mean! Do the urgent care establishment a favor and work somewhere that peoples well being is not at stake. We were treated poorly in our emergency, she made us feel like we were "faking" she did not clean any of the wounds properly, she did not evaluate our urgent case properly, pain management was not even an option despite the severe injuries from the accident. Mean nurse was being helped by another nurse from the UK. The nurse from the UK was absolutely AMAZING! She advocated for us, she was professional, kind, very knowledgeable and accurate!

I’ve been meaning to come on here for a while as we were on vacation early in the summer, and my son broke his arm. We went to this urgent care, and the staff was incredible. Sadly, the radiologist on call deemed that his arm was NOT broken and did not need casting. However, one of the nurses came to me and pulled me aside to let me know that she believed it could be broken. Fast forward two weeks later we make it home and it is a severe break that has been in a cast for the last seven weeks. We will know shortly if it needs surgery but that surgery could’ve been avoided, had we securely braced his arm, and been more careful with a break that can displace easily. So I give this facility only 4 stars because the radiologist on call was clearly not knowledgeable and sadly my son has paid the price all summer! THANK YOU, however, for the incredible office and clinical staff! Also, please take notice of what doctor this was so this doesn't happen to someone else.

The staff here made me feel really cared about. And they honestly probably saved my life if I had kept on without going here while waiting for a dentist to be available im pretty sure I would have had something severe happen. Thank you Dr fox, and associates. You are all amazing and I hope you stay safe through this covid resurgence.

Nikki RN and Elise NP are thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Im grateful for them and for this Urgent care for our community. With dwindling options for health care here in Estes sure is great to have them !

We needed urgent care treatment while vacationing in Estes Park and found this Gem! The entire staff (Jessica and the Dr.) were outstanding ! Compassionate, highly skilled and friendly!

We are from out of town and my child was progressively getting worse cough. After trying all options we finally took her in to urgent care to help her. The front desk staff was great but the PA was extremely rude and sarcastic because we wanted an antibiotic for our suffering child. EB was not professional and should not be working in health care if she does not have patience and empathy.

You never want to leave a review for visiting an Urgent Care, but after having a PERFECT experience here I need to. We had a midday accident that required pediatric care and a set of X-rays. We were warmly welcomed and quickly helped. The nurses and techs were helpful, calming, and child friendly. The facility was CLEAN and SPOTLESS! They even have a plant named Harold to greet you in the waiting room. The Urgent Care was efficient and quickly sent X-rays to the on duty Ortho. Our very brief visit finished with a splint and referral for a cast.

On Saturday, September 26, 2020, my wife took a fall on a hiking trail and suffered a serious gash on her leg. We got her bandaged up and to the Urgent Care Center as quickly as possible. The team there was wonderful, cheerful, professional. Every one on staff (registration folks, medical staff, nurse practitioner, everyone) did a great job and got my wife stitched up and happy again. They must have done a great job, because two days later she was back on the trails on yet another difficult hike, without issues. I'm very glad the urgent care center is part of Estes Park now, it's a great addition to a great town.
