I pray this message is seen and felt from all the staff at Essential Healthcare Services. We found you all during one of the most difficult times of our life. One that I know we would not have been able to make it through if not for you. You all cared for my family member Mr. Taylor a little over 7 years until his passing. Through our journey you all were right by our side. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the compassion, patience, respect and understanding you showed Mr. Taylor. As a decorated Veteran it was very important to us to find the right fit and we did. I would highly recommend Essential healthcare services to those with loved ones whom need support.

Essential has been a blessing to my dad. They take good care of him, join in his hobbies and they provide companionship. They are great communicators and are always available to talk too. One of his caregivers even met him at the fishing hole and fished with him!

I’m a disabled veteran and I’ve been with Essential Companion for over 10 years and haven’t had 1 complaint yet. The staff is friendly and at this point they’re basically family. They take care of everything that I can’t do myself and even check on me when I’m in the hospital. Great company. Great People. Great Care.

This company has been with my brother for over 10 years. He is a quadriplegic veteran. They have become our family. I could never see any other company being our better choice. They are extremely professional, caring, and a reliable. You won’t be disappointed.

I strongly advise against this service. In my view, their communication skills are poor, they engage in fraudulent billing practices, and their management is lacking. I regret not recognizing the warning signs earlier. One instance of bad communication was when the RN baselessly suggested that I was being racist. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They have, in fact, engaged in fraudulent billing practices, as I have reported a total of 21 VA fraudulent claims. They bill for more hours than they actually work. One day, my aide did not show up, and when I called the office for an explanation, they chose not to answer or return my call. They abruptly stopped caring for my dad without any notice or communication. Their failure to provide proper care for a disabled Veteran is inexcusable. UPDATE....The companies response proves my points with all their messy gossip and baseless ramblings. The truth still remains SOLID! They were punished for fraud and had to pay money back to the VA for stealing and they are currently under investigation with their health licensing provider for abandonment.

Company took great care of my grandfather… went above and beyond on several occasions genuine care he wasn’t just a paycheck! They did a great job up to his passing thank you for your help

I have been with essential for over a year . The aide I have shows up on time . The aide does what needs to be done . We get along great. If I have concerns I can contact the office and they will take care of any problems promptly.

Essential provides exceptional care to patients. So happy I chose them. Staff is very caring and supportive!
