Top notch! Super caring and friendly staff! Doing PT with Jacob B is like catching up with the boys at the gym or something. Love that dude God Bless him! They have other therapists that I have worked with and they were all so great! I feel like a dork for not remembering their names. But trust me great place. Plus Dr Zhao is great...for sure for sure.... happy holidays to all there and thank you for your kindness and support and understanding of patent needs and then giving me that family friendly vibe. I can crack jokes be myself. That's not even mentioning the recovery progress made in such few visits. I appreciate you JB!

Tremendous customer service under difficult (COVID-19) circumstances. Social distancing ✅ Masks✅ Polite, accommodating schedules✅ And I cannot say enough kind things about Colby and Chelsea (the two PTs that I have seen) who have delivered top-notch therapy for my rotator cuff repair surgery. Kind, gentle, yet ~~thorough~~massage, strength and stretching treatments. Thankful and pleased with every bit of my experience.

I was involved in a rear end collision that left me with a concussion and other injuries...people from Essentia health wanted me(the patient) to call my workmen’s comp insurance to get approved for multiple appointments for physical therapy..... I was unaware that it’s the job of the patient to verify accounts, look up phone numbers that they already had, and very well prolong the recovery of the concussion(normal recovery is 2-4 weeks...what they did is prolong it to 6 weeks) If I’m doing their work, for them? Why are they even employed??? I’m thinking of a lawsuit cause of their stupidity....

Wonderful therapy for my knee replacement! All therapists are very attentive and on point to improve your flexibility.
