Awesome experience and healing. Tara and Claire were professional, very knowledgeable as well as supportive and motivational. Based on their work, I now feel I have the skill to continue self care, therapy and strength building on my own. Absolutely phenomenal. I was experiencing chronic back pain after a car accident over a year prior to going to Espanola Sports Medicine. I could barely manage sitting for more than 30 minutes at a time. Sleeping was a struggle because I couldn't get comfortable and would wake up in pain. In 7 weeks at Espanola Sports Medicine I was able to start rock climbing again! I thought I was going to have chronic back pain for the rest of my life and they gave me back my life! I have and continue to recommend any friend or acquaintance that needs PT to this location. They are the best, without a single doubt.

My interaction with Espanola Sports Medicine group has been nothing less than fabulous! I first started there 4 days after knee replacement surgery. Erica at the front desk was wonderful while working with me getting my appointments scheduled around my work schedule! Clare and Michaela were my first PT therapists and from the first minute I was assured they were very caring and would definitely get me back up and using my new knee! Through my therapy it was discovered that my Achilles Tendon was also out of whack! So now that is my focus! Chris and Ruth also jumped in on my therapy and also took outstanding care of me! I can't say enough about this group! They are fantastic and I appreciate all their care, concern and patience!!

Amanda was amazing. The exercise and stretching rehab program that she developed for me was an absolute success in my opinion. I cant emphasize how much she helped me over the 8 week period. I can not forget about Erica… she was awesome! She helped me with all the appointment scheduling in advance. Great group of people!
