ALL of the staff here are so wonderful. Always a smile, Hello and Bye- EVERY time!!! Felt very comfortable each time I have been there. Had Stem cell injection and started to feel relief after 5 days!!! So glad I finally went to their presentation!!!

All of the staff here are awesome! Ibe tried other chiropractors in the area, none compare to Escalon Physical Medicine. I recently did Stem Cell Therapy here for my low back. Everything went extremely well, my only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner!!! A huge thank you to Dr. John and all your staff for helping me get back in shape! I can't thank you enough!!!!

The staff is so warm and welcoming. They always great you with a smile and I feel like they honestly want to help me with my back issues. I've personally met with all the Dr.'s and they to are just genuine people. I feel like they are a second family. Thank you everyone at Escalon physical medicine!

We have been patients of Dr. John since he started & have become good friends now as well. They treat everyone with such kindness & respect. Their team & practice is top notch & they are constantly adding new treatments to help people. They are far more than just a chiropractic office. They offer stem cell & physical therapy. Laser treatment, allergy treatment, trigger point therapy, massage therapy & the list keeps growing. Dr’s John & Mike Bystrom are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet & they really want to help people. And their team is Awesome!!! I highly recommend their practice.

Pretty upset about this place. I was very hopeful that they could help me out with my pain and problems. They do not put you on this machine first visit. They will not even put enough pressure on your spine to even get the slightest bit of relief the first time you do go on this machine. They will however talk you into coming back for a long period of time. They will tell you that to get any relief or results you have to come back for months and your bill should look near $5,000 to add salt to your wound. I even paid ahead of time for a session and was told that I’d be called back for the appointment, never received a call. Called them almost two weeks later, explained what happened and I was asked to be placed on hold because they were busy or needed to answer the other line; 40 minuets later.....still no one picks the line up. I returned the call to be scheduled for an appointment, was told this time I would get a call the following week because they were booked that week. It’s been a good few months. I’m taking this place as a complete loss and lesson. I was however extremely hopeful for this place in the beginning, I was really hoping that they would be there for me as a patient & to help individuals with problems like myself.

Friendly staff. Always welcoming and ready to help. Knowledgable and feeling better after therapy and easing pain. My appointments are made when I leave the office and I understand walk-ins are welcome. If I need to I can call and reschedule my appiuntments. They send text reminders to my phone which is helpful! I love this place. I have had many appointments and have not had any bad experiences there.

I wish I could give 100 stars! From the front desk staff to the doctors, I’ve gotten nothing but excellence since the first day that I walked in the office! I feel like I’m friends with the staff there rather than a client. They are empathetic, kind and caring! Not to mention how well the treatment works. I got in a car accident a few years back and they were able to heal my neck of the severe pain that I was having! Thank you Escalon Physical Medicine.

Best care ever! Knowledgeable, professional, and take patients care seriously. Staff very welcoming and helpful in all they do. Assist me in other health issues such as Thyroid problems, weight management and allergies. In 2 years of care, they have assisted me through severe back pain, with leg pain and even after my total knee replacement. Love that they look at overall health in their patients. Great place!!
