Elizabeth is my PT @ ERW. She is experienced and caring. She spent quality time with me and modified exercises as my body responded and improved. It was especially helpful receiving printouts with detail instructions for exercises to do at home between visits. I highly recommend ERW and specifically Elizabeth To anyone in need of PT.

I have been receiving physical therapy for two weeks now. The Evans facility is modern and clean. I have received therapy sessions from three therapists so far and all three have been very friendly, professional, and always asks to see if the therapy is causing to much discomfort. I like to challenge myself, they make sure I don't over do it to where I'm in a great deal of pain. Another consideration is the parking. Everytime I've arrived so far there has been plenty of parking and not far from the main entrance. Yes, five stars across the board.

Micah and his entire staff have been great so far. I had surgery for a fully torn rotator cuff. At first I could not move my arm very much . But after several P.T. visits I've started making great progress !

I started going here after knee surgery and was not impressed by the care. While the PT that evaluated me seemed experienced and knowledgeable, the PT I had day to day seemed to be more interested in chatting with other people than treating me. I ended up needing an additional surgical procedure likely because of subpar PT. Not to mention, I am now getting hit with a $1600 bill months after I stopping going to PT which I was never told about. Apparently I was charged almost $400 per session (after paying my $50 copay which I was lead to believe would be the whole cost of therapy). I don’t know how therapeutic activities and neuromuscular education can be two different billing items ($120 each) plus an extra $60 for therapeutic exercises, plus an extra $60 if the PT touches you. Insane!! Keep in mind, I was given no specialized treatments, just “go do 30 squats” etc. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I go to a different place now and they actually just give me a bill upfront with no shady bills 3 months later!! Only silver lining is that front desk staff was very nice…

I have been working with Elizabeth Hamilton. She has helped me SO much with a prior muscle imbalance in my hip and lower back. I am now pain free. I recently returned to her for an old injury and already feel on my way up. I have been to several therapy offices but ERW is the only place that has fully helped me.

Evans Rehab & Wellness is an outstanding place. My physical therapist is so nice. She shows genuine concern and ensures I'm not in pain. The facility is very clean and everyone is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here.
