ERW Physical Therapy

The best physical therapist ever is at ERW. Devon Burgess Jr was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my treatment. He kept it fun and was gentle with me when I needed it. If I ever need therapy again, I would choose him again. Great job!

This physical therapy practice has been great since my first visit. Each patient is not assigned to just one therapist, but rather they rotate depending on who is available during each of your visits. This allows the therapists to get to know all the patients and to learn about their needs. The therapists and the staff are friendly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your therapy session. They are all knowledgeable and caring. They explain each exercise thoroughly, explaining what the exercise does, how to do it correctly and how many reps and sets to do and then allow you to do it without standing over you watching. The faculty is clean and they offer you water and drinks as needed and have a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this facility to others. .

Will is very thorough in his initial intake. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain his plan and listen carefully to what my issues are. He explains the "why" of each exercise and is precise in explaining proper technique for each one. I recommend coming here if you are in need of physical therapy.

I have been going to ERW Physical Therapy 3 times a week for a couple of weeks and have seen definite lessening of pain and increase in ease of movement. Will and Luke both listen well to what I'm feeling, and explain what to do and why. The atmosphere is comfortable, friendly, clean--five stars for sure!

I would give them 10 stars if allowed, ERW Physical Therapy is the best place, hands down. Will Collins and staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs!!!

Great therapy! I had positive results with the first and ongoing sessions with William. The facility is clean and well organized. The staff is very caring and friendly. William sends emails with videos to assist with ongoing therapy at home. Also, he explains each therapeutic activity and the expected results! AWESOME!!!

I found the staff at the South Augusta location very professional and knowledgeable. There were no long waits. All the staff is friendly and appear to work well together. They are very patient with questions and thoroughly explain what they're doing. This was my first time to receive physical therapy and I chose the S Augusta office over the Evans office. While I work MUCH closer to Evans, I chose the longer drive due to less traffic congestion. Plenty of available parking. I highly recommend the entire South Augusta staff!
