Worst desk personalities you'll ever see only reason I don't give them a lower score is because It is not possible . The guy at the desk I dealt with was very rude and anxious. I asked for a card so I could reschedule and he was reluctant to allow me to take one myself saying "you don't need one , I'll circle the number on the paper " afterwards he cirlcled the time , told me my terms and conditions , and sent me on my way . The enitre time he seemed bothered and/ or upset at my position which seemed very odd for the low amount of individuals in the waiting area , although it was only I and another gentleman , he seemed very agitated at the tall yet rather calm guy . Raising his voice at the guy and even at times rolling his eyes. Anyway if he doesn't give you a card take one anyway unless they tell you not to , because I have to pay 35$ to reschedule my once free physical exam , which makes no sense knowingly I called the the office to reschedule not even 1 hour later. Take it serious that's how they and he gets paid 🤔 I'm just saying
