Equip Physical Therapy and Rehab

I’ve had a total of four great sessions here until recently. First of all, they messed up my last appointment and the “manger” will call him J, very rude, condescending and totally not manager material made it sound like it was my fault. When asked why I wasn’t contacted, “we do not provide such services.” Isn’t it a normal practice nowadays to send out reminders to patients about their appointment? Well, J the manager says, they don’t provide such services. I have two sessions left but because of J and his actions, I’m considering moving away from this clinic. Minus two stars because of J.

I really appreciate Dr Michael & Eric and staff members.. Each time I visit they ask my condition and more focused on sport need work on... I am free to do all the activity like I used do.... Thank you very much 😊

Knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. Helped me with lumbar pain and explained the mechanics of how my musculature interconnects to my spine. The homework he gave me along with in person sessions helped make the chronic pain and discomfort go away. Thanks again Dr. Kang!

I had an amazing experience at Equip for my neck and back pains. I thought I would have to live with not being able to move my neck to the left, but Dr. Kang really made the extra effort to attend to all my worries. Getting treated here is a must!
