EQ3 Physical Therapy

Elyse is a very skilled PT! During my first visit with Elyse, she did a very thorough exam and was able to instantly access what was causing my pain and how to treat it. I have chronic back pain due to a curvature of my spine. As a result, some of my muscles are lazy while others are in a constant state of spasm. I've experimented with many different types of therapies (chiro, acupuncture, massage, etc.) and while they have all helped to some degree, Elyse's treatments are the best!! As soon as I leave I feel instant relief! And that alone would make me want to keep coming back, but to top it off she is super sweet with an incredible bedside manner too! She also sent me home with exercises to strengthen weaker muscles so the imbalance isn't as bad and I can function with little to no pain now! Any time I have a flare up I go see her and she instantly makes me feel better! Feel so lucky to have found her. She is a true healer!

Elyse is a highly skilled and motivated PT! Her knowledge of the human body is phenomenal, she is a great listener and she works hard to address her clients' needs. She spends a lot of time (more than the average office PT visit) working on your issues and gives you plenty of take home exercises, if you need them. I am thankful to have had her help for my back issues and have recommended many friends and family to her practice.

Elyse fixed a two year injury on my ankle and has helped me with strengthening exercises so it doesn’t happen again. She has also given me great exercises for my shoulder which acts up from surfing. I begin the PCT tomorrow -- a 2650 mile hike from Mexico to Canada. I came to Elyse with a mysterious pain in one leg, which she effectively diagnosed (it was my back) and treated.
