Office help isn’t knowledgeable in insurance coverage and Geri wasn’t even willing to discuss her inaccurate information with me or my insurance company, which they tried to call and speak with her, to verify that I do have coverage and what it is. I could literally hear her telling Matt what to communicate to me…wow..what’s customer service?? Please stay away.

Very professional staff , Isaac is the man I started going to him in early December 2020 for a old shoulder injury that had resulted in frozen shoulder . He has helped me out tremendously and is very accommodating . He , his wife Brittany and Audrey Kramer are on top of their game I highly recommend giving them a visit

I worked with Heather to get my shoulder back in shape so I could go back to the gym, in a few short weeks she did it. Stuck with the exercises she gave me to do at home and they really did the trick. Many mahalos Heather!!

I went to EPT for a EVALUATION of my PHYSICAL ACTIVITY levels. The doctor went on to write down his own diagnosis(which is not what I was in for) and leave out notes I WENT IN FOR. Now, they have not returned my calls or answer the phone. I Won't return back.
