This company’s negligent CNA was just charged with a client’s death (due to her direct admitted negligence). Why wouldn’t this company utilize the software that indicates when their employees are on site with a client and for how long? If they had this simple measure in place and were monitoring and doing compliance checks- they would have known that this CNA was NOT seeing this client!
