The staff is friendly, informative, and they show care for their patients. My therapist Lauren and Jonathan go above and beyond with taking care of any questions and concerns I bring to them! They have given me the knowledge to keep going even outside the rehab facility. They are both highly professional and respectful while taking care of every patient while being able to show us the routines to regaining our strength from our procedures at the same time enjoying what they do. I feel cared for every moment I am there.

I had a total knee replacement on Oct 2/24. My physical therapy was with Jen Moore. Jen was very professional and courteous and she especially listened to my concerns and helped with solutions, if you are in the Verde Valley area you should strongly consider this facility for your needs. All the staff members are caring and concerned for your well being

I had knee replacement on both legs. Right from the first visit I felt comfortable and welcome. The therapists listened to my concerns and questions always giving answers in a way that I could understand. Most of my sessions were with therapist Jen Moore. She showed me different ways to work on specific problems. She was always kind, encouraging me when I would feel down. I think I was very lucky to have Jen has my therapist. I give Verde Valley Rehab a Big Thumbs Up!

A big shout out to Lauren Gilbert, PA, for teaching me the exercises needed to maintain my active lifestyle. She has taught me how to move after two major surgeries in order to continue my passion for hiking and quilting. Her encouragement, sense of humor, and in-depth knowledge of human anatomy have helped me understand the “how” and the “why” of positive healing. I am grateful to have her as my Physical Therapist for the past 7 years. She’s the best!

My name is Maria Towe. My experience with the EntireCare Rehab staff was above and beyond the call of duty. Their gracious and caring attitude was excellent. The listening ear of the staff towards their patients needs and concerns were met at each visit. I have done 6 weeks therapy after knee replacement. All my appts, but 1 was with Jen Moore. She was an excellent therapist, going above and beyond to help me get mobile again and ease my pain from knotted muscles and general discomfort due to surgery. I would recommend anyone to this group. I had Jen Moore as my therapist at Entire Care at Northern Arizona Healthcare in Cottonwood, AZ.. She was knowledgeable about my vestibular issues and showed that she was well trained in treatments recommended by my ear specialist in Flagstaff, AZ. I was skeptical that anything could help my annoying and somewhat scary spinning feelings that were happening frequently. Jen kept using different method to focus my therapy on what would help the most. She was very easy to work with and I highly recommend her. I feel like I have been equipped with a tool set of exercises that calm my condition to the point where I can perform the physical work and play that I was unable to comfortably do prior to completing the recommended therapy. I have received care at Entire Care Rehab and Sports Medicine at Verde Valley Medical Center for a variety of issues on and off for more than a year. During that time, I have worked with several of the Physical Therapists including, but not limited to, Jenna Plummer, Lauren Greer, and, most recently, Matthew Dawson. Each of these talented care providers have taken the time to really listen and understand my care needs and used their considerable expertise to provide appropriate care while making me feel seen, heard, and respected as an individual. The medical professional community on the whole certainly could learn a thing or two about providing professional, caring, individual care from the Physical Therapists working here.
